Adaaran Club Rannalhi

Our stay was amazing. Eashani was our Guest Relations Executor who welcomed us after we arrived at midnight by speed boat from Male Airport. Eashani was beautiful and friendly and gave us a quick explanation of the island, then we went back the next morning to learn more. Eashani was very knowledgeable. The staff are all very friendly and the food was amazing with many choices and plenty of it. Always lovely to see Eashani's lovely smile when we saw her during our 7 night stay. We are looking forward to coming back.

Nice resort on a general level. Very small Island but all you need is there. Good food with a lot of options, All Inclusive has more than enough options. Simran our Waitress was amazing, nice, interested, happy and good at service. Good Divecenter with really nice staff. Only thing to complain about was standard in room, some mould and ants and cleaning in general. Nice staff though.

We are pure vegetarian and guess what they served us chicken rolls saying that it’s vegetable rolls. Also, the staff at the bar was very rude I asked him to get French fries for my child he said no upfront. And said you’ll have to pay for it if you don’t want to get it made. Initially when we entered the property we were told that we can order anything for the child. That staff treated us differently simply because we were Indian. Also we booked their Adaaran Select Hudhuran Fushi for water villa but they told us they have some power issue and we can’t go there. They sent us there for a day but didn’t give us water villa and unfortunately we had to stay in their ocean villa. The only good thing was their chef Mr. Sampoorna like a true Indian he hosted us really well and made few Indian dishes for us and the baby. I would not suggest anybody to choose adaran.

We had specifically ordered vegetarian food and clearly communicated our dietary requirement to the restaurant staff. However, we were served food containing non-vegetarian ingredients. Unfortunately, we consumed the food before realizing that it was not vegetarian. We are extremely concerned and disappointed by this incident. When a guest specifically requests vegetarian food, the order should be clearly communicated to and verified by the kitchen before the food is served. This is particularly concerning because we trusted the resort to respect our stated dietary requirement.

Lovely island, good rooms, great food and drinks. Quiet at nighttime. Excellent service from our hostess Eshani and restaurant host Shafez. We had a lovely relaxing time. Disappointed to have no hot water in our room until our last night, despite asking at reception 4 times over 3 days. Reception staff were not enthusiastic or helpful in general. Also disappointed in the included sunset cruise, just a short boat ride out not far into the atoll and back - a big missed opportunity by Adaaran to have a host provide some music, commentary, part vibe, information, upsell the spa etc
