Lovely group holiday to Saii Hilton. Prasanna at the pool bar remembered our order and was very welcoming. Great food and drinks everywhere.

Presently staying here at Saii lagoon.. for 5 days....after a few initial hiccups which was immediately addressed by Hisham the duty manager..our stay just got better each day ..Thank you Saii Lagoon..for exceptional service..specially the Housekeeping Supervisor NIZAM. and his team...for .. their exceptional service in such a spread out property Only a suggestion wish the buggy service could be a little quicker and the reception a little prompt at answering calls My daughter's birthday was truly beautiful with thoughtful decoration in the room , a beautiful cake and a bubbly ...we are truly touched by this gesture The rooms are spotless and the breakfast of very high quality both here and at Hard Rock Hotel..had a splendid dinner at Miss olive oyl sitting on the sand watching the stars..the team at the Dive Center was very professional and maintsined high safety standard we thoroughly enjoyed both the whale n rays trip and the swim with turtle and dolphin snorkelling trips.. Would definitely like to be back soon..and recommend it to friends and family..Keep up your good work

A special thank you to Mufid for making our stay so memorable. I truly enjoyed the wonderful conversations we had, and I’m especially grateful for the thoughtful upgrade to the Underwater Villa. It was such a beautiful experience, and I’m already sure I’ll be booking the Underwater Villa again on my next visit! I absolutely loved the attention to detail in the rooms. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from the slippers and flip-flops to the beach bag and even the life jackets. These little touches really made the stay feel comfortable, well-organized, and special. A big thank you to Gurey from Recreation, who took us snorkeling and made the experience so enjoyable. He was friendly, professional, and made sure we had a great time. The food at Miss Olive Oyl was absolutely amazing! Every dish we tried was delicious, and a special thank you to Chef Rami for the incredible food and for making our dining experience so enjoyable. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great selection and plenty of choices to start the day. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I would also like to thank Ibtisam from the Front Office for her warm and welcoming service, as well as Hisham, Jamilya, and Diana for their kindness, attentiveness, and hospitality throughout our stay. And a big thank you to all the SAI Bar staff and the buggy staff for always being friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Your smiles and great service truly made a difference throughout our stay. Each of you contributed to making our experience truly special. The beautiful surroundings are one thing, but it’s the people, service, and attention to detail that make a stay unforgettable. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience — I’m already looking forward to coming back!

This is our third visit to this hotel Arif and kyn at the pool bar are just amazing. They are wonderful n very hospitable . Tamy and eve and Anya at and kids club were amazing and helpful and took great help of my daughter .
