C Mauritius

I stayed at the hotel on an All Inclusive basis for 10 nights with my husband and teenage daughter last month. On arrival, the check-in was a prolonged process where you have to fill in each guests details on iPads which took about 45 minutes which is too long when you’ve been travelling for over 24 hours - we’ve never had to do this at any hotel before. There are a few basic things that could be done which would vastly improve the guest experience. For eg, at breakfast the juice glasses and mugs keep running out - why aren’t these being replenished? When we ordered drinks from the beach bar, nobody comes to collect the empties - again why? We were bringing the glasses back to the bar ourselves as didn’t want to keep them next to us. We had a few issues with lunch orders at Cpicerie and had to wait too long for our food. We ate at Wok n Roll twice and the food there was delicious with excellent service too. The towel guy was quite rude to me when I asked for a nicer towel - he said (in Hindi) we don’t swap towels in this hotel and you just get what you're given! I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t have said that to a non-Indian guest. We had a 4am checkout and unfortunately the night receptionist was fast asleep when we were calling for our bags to be collected. This led to us being delayed by about 20 mins which again shouldn’t have happened. But on the positive side, the staff are excellent, a big thank you to Hans on reception and Sourav & Shane for our drinks. The beach and sea are beautiful (albeit very windy in August as it’s winter). The Spa is a beautiful serene space and I had a lovely massage there, as well as the most amazing yoga class (thanks Sudesh!). My husband and I also used the gym most days which was great for cardio and never too busy. Overall we had a relaxing stay and if the hotel management make a few improvements, it would be even better!

I had an amazing time at C Mauritius! The staff were amazing and so helpful and welcoming. I want to give a special thanks to Deepak and Lana two very exceptional members of staff who made our experience more amazing. Also a special thank you to the manager Olivier who sorted out a room issue efficiently. The atmosphere and location of the hotel is amazing. The beach is beautiful and clean! The most amazing views

The best part about C Mauritius is the team! They look after you so well. I would like to give a special thank you to Danish who looked after us in the bar, to Vicky who made many cocktails for us and Abi who made us laugh and took us for our Wine Tasting. The resort is stunning! Rooms beautiful and the view is to die for. Highly recommend this resort!

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the chefs and waitress for the exceptional care they took with our meals. I have several dietary restrictions and preferences because I am very mindful of my nutrition, and they went above and beyond to prepare dishes that perfectly suited our needs. A very special thank-you to Chef Louven who prepared the most exquisite desserts without sugar, flour, gluten, or processed ingredients. They were absolutely delicious! He continually surprised us with his creativity, generosity, and warm hospitality. We would also like to thank Chef Jesh for being so attentive and ensuring that every meal was prepared according to our preferences. Our sincere thanks as well to the housekeeping team, who always took excellent care of our room, and to Lana, who made sure we were well looked after and entertained throughout our stay.
