Our stay at LUX Belle Mare in Mauritius was nothing short of incredible. We visited to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary as well as my husband’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt truly special and personal. A huge thank you must go to Jennifer, the Celebrations Manager, who took such incredible care of us throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our celebrations were memorable, arranging beautiful surprises, thoughtful touches and special treats that made us feel genuinely valued. Her warmth, attention to detail and kindness really stood out, and she played such an important part in making our anniversary and birthday celebrations so wonderful. We would also like to give a special mention to Monisha, who gave us such a lovely welcome when we arrived, and Babita, who took such great care of our room and made sure it was spotless every single day. Their dedication and kindness were greatly appreciated. The resort gave us so many wonderful opportunities to enjoy our time together. We took part in a fantastic cooking class and cocktail-making experience, enjoyed a wonderful range of water activities, and had an absolutely fantastic meal at the Indian restaurant. Every experience was beautifully organised and added something special to our stay. The food throughout the resort was simply incredible, with such a fantastic variety and consistently high quality. The hospitality was exceptional. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. There was a genuine warmth throughout the resort that made us feel completely at home. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about making every guest’s stay special. And then there is the resort itself. The atmosphere, beach and pool were spectacular. The beautiful surroundings, stunning beach, wonderful pool area and relaxed luxury created the perfect setting for such an important celebration. The resort truly had everything we could have wanted, whether we wanted to relax, enjoy activities, indulge in incredible food or simply spend quality time together. Our 10th wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday will be memories we treasure forever, and LUX Belle Mare played a huge part in making them so special. We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at LUX Belle Mare, and it was nothing short of exceptional. She made sure every detail was perfect, and both her warm welcome on arrival and heartfelt farewell went above and beyond. She truly made our stay memorable, and we're leaving with so many wonderful memories. A big thank you to **Mr. Yashveer** at the coffee bar — his recommendations were spot on, and honestly, some of the best coffee we've had, hot or cold! A big shoutout to **Mr. Gerald** at the main restaurant, whose attentive service and constant effort to ensure everything was perfect really stood out. He consistently went the extra mile to make our dining experience special. Thank you to the entire LUX Belle Mare team for making our anniversary so special. We have been so sweetly spoilt! We had an amazing stay at LUX_ Belle Mare! From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were outstanding. Special thanks to Komal from Reservations and Front Office for the smooth check-in and warm welcome. Gerald from Mondo Restaurant was fantastic - attentive, friendly and made our dinners so memorable. Yashveer, the barista from Maison LUX, makes the best coffee and always greets you with a smile. Amar the head someilier was also helpful with selection of wine. And a big shoutout to the Housekeeping team - rooms were always perfect. The guys pool service was around all day, nothing to fault at all. Breakfast was incredible with a huge selection - something for everyone.
