LUX* Le Morne

We had an amazing experience at LUX* Le Morne. The location, atmosphere and service were fantastic, making our stay truly memorable. A special thank you to Aniket and Megane at the bar for their excellent service, friendly personalities and attention every evening. They really made our nights enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at lux le Morne. I especially experienced great service from Aniket and Megan. Their professionalism and customer service was out of this world. We felt right at home and like we’re returning home as opposed to being on holiday. Would absolutely recommend this stay to our friends back in South Africa and the UK.

We spent two nights at LUX* Le Morne to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment we arrived, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. A very special mention must go to Mr Moonesh, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. We received nothing but exceptional, first-class service throughout our stay, and he made our birthday celebration feel incredibly special. From our beautiful room and thoughtfully arranged meals to the birthday cake and warm welcome, every detail was carefully considered. Mr Moonesh clearly takes enormous pride in ensuring that every guest has the best possible experience at LUX* Resorts. He is an absolute credit to the group, and we are incredibly grateful for everything he did to make our stay so memorable. We would also like to give a special mention to Chris, who made our drinks an experience in themselves. He went above and beyond the menu, creating different combinations for us to try, and it was such a lovely personal touch. Every drink was exceptional, and we loved trying all the different creations! Sahil, our waiter on the beach during the day, was also fantastic. He was always friendly, attentive and greeted us with a smile. He consistently made sure we had everything we needed and checked that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. His service was exceptional. Another special mention must go to Nadeem at The Kitchen. We are allergic to cats, and there are cats that roam freely around the resort, particularly around lunchtime and dinner. This is worth being aware of if you have a cat allergy or are not comfortable around cats. The staff were very understanding, but Nadeem in particular made an exceptional effort to ensure we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our meals. He went above and beyond and truly treated us like royalty , thank you, Nadeem! The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. Despite the hotel being quite full during our stay, it felt incredibly peaceful and quiet, allowing us to completely relax and switch off. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and tranquil, which is exactly what we were looking for. Our room was beautiful and immaculately clean, with a stunning sea view with a stunning sea view and a spacious balcony. The attention to detail throughout the resort was exceptional. The location is world-class, with the incredible Le Morne mountain providing the most spectacular backdrop. There are also plenty of activities available, and we particularly enjoyed going on one of the pedalos! The food was exceptional throughout our stay. A particular highlight was the EAST, where we had what we can honestly say was the best lamb shank we have ever eaten. The chefs even personally came out to us, which made the experience feel even more special. Overall, LUX* Le Morne provided us with the perfect birthday getaway. The combination of the breathtaking location, beautiful rooms, exceptional food, peaceful atmosphere and, most importantly, the incredible service from the staff made our two-night stay truly unforgettable. We would wholeheartedly recommend LUX Le Morne* to anyone looking for a luxury resort with exceptional service and a truly special experience. We had a gorgeous time at Lux Le Morne. The hotel is very clean and the beach is beautiful. There is a reserved part just for hotel guests which is ideal. The beach was never busy when we went. The pool is gorgeous and lovely temperature. The staff are accommodating however we found contacting the hotel before our stay impossible. We found service to be slow in some areas, but we found some staff who went above and beyond for us - Pavish at the beach, Alanzo & Hansley at the Kitchen restaurant, Aniket at the bar all provided us with amazing customer service. The drinks are great quality and the food is delicious. We had breakfast at the beach restaurant which we were not impressed with due to service, but breakfast at the buffet was perfect. There were always so many different options to chose from and it never became repetitive. We had a gorgeous stay for our honeymoon thank you
