Our overall experience at the property was unfortunately not as good as we had hoped, particularly when it came to housekeeping, front office interactions, and the service at the main restaurant. However, Dinson at the Club House truly turned the experience around for us. His warm hospitality, personalised attention, and genuine willingness to make us feel comfortable stood out. He took the time to understand what we needed and ensured that every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made our time at the Club House genuinely enjoyable. If I had to rate the Club House experience specifically, it would be a 5/5, and Dinson deserves a huge part of the credit for that. His hospitality is a wonderful example of how personalised service and genuine care can make such a difference to a guest’s experience.
