OUTRIGGER Mauritius Beach Resort

We stayed at Outrigger Mauritius Beach Resort for 5 days to celebrate our baby's first birthday, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The resort offers breathtaking views, a peaceful atmosphere, and well-maintained facilities. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was good with plenty of variety, and the beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing with family. The resort is especially suitable for families looking for a quiet and enjoyable vacation. Thank you to the entire Outrigger team for making our stay special and helping us create beautiful memories of our baby's first birthday. We would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius.

Location is good, close to many attractions. Atmosphere is calm, for relax, everything is closed about 11pm. Rooms are old and many furnitures and equipments should be repaired or changed. Value for money is ok. During weekends many local families are visiting it. For foreigners that are looking for luxiorious and exotic holidays it is not the best choice comparing f.e. to Beachcomber chain. Cleanliness is ok. Service. It depends. - The Plantation Club: very good service, food and drinks in good glassess. Dinson is doing great job! Service could be a little faster especially for breakfast. - EdgeWater - meals are ok. Service is ok especially when boss is helping. - Le Bleu bar - service is slow and not engaged. Waiters many times are hidding behind the bar. Plain cocktails in plain glassess. - Reception: its ok, fast, professional, helpful - Animators: ok, sports and evening dance Sand on the beach: average Coral reef and fishes: nice, close to the beach Watersports: only kayaks and sup, service not helpful to organize something more by kiteglobing. Better go directly to kiteglobing base Greens trees are perfectly maintainted.

Our experience has been most amazing from start to finish. Staring with Arvesh and his team, who gave us a stunning room overlooking the ocean, with access to the beach. He made all possible. In Voyager 47, the staff has been incredibly attentive to every single detail. Especially Dinson and Yanish who made our stay very special with personalised drinks (iced coffee with vanilla infusion and fresh coconut water) , afternoon teas, stories and their humour. We will be recommending Outrigger to friends and families. We wish them all the best, Killian, Bhevana, Chloe, Estelle and Nina (Ireland).
