Great hotel with clean and super nice bungalows. The staff is truly wonderful and makes you feel nice and relaxed. We can highly recommend this place

What can we say about Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel? This was our third visit, and without a doubt, it won’t be our last. From the moment we arrived, we were reminded why we keep coming back. Paradise Cove is beautifully relaxing, with such a wonderful, peaceful vibe. It’s the perfect place to completely unwind and, in our opinion, is particularly ideal for couples looking for a romantic and relaxing escape. The setting is simply beautiful. The tropical gardens, stunning lagoon and gorgeous surroundings create such a special atmosphere, and the attention to detail throughout the resort is exceptional. There are so many thoughtful little touches everywhere you look. The food was exceptional throughout our stay. Every meal was beautifully presented, delicious and of an incredibly high standard. There is plenty of variety, and the quality never seemed to drop. Each restaurant has its own character, making dining part of the whole Paradise Cove experience. But what really makes this place so special for us is the people. The staff have become like family to us now. Their warmth, friendliness and genuine care make every visit feel like coming home rather than simply returning to a hotel. There are so many members of the team who made our stay special that it would be impossible to mention everyone, but we have to give a very special mention to Sandhya. Sandhya arranged a beautiful room for us, complete with a lovely bottle of bubbly to celebrate my birthday. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture, and something we will remember for a long time. Sandhya has a very special place in our hearts, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our stay and my birthday extra special. ❤️ The care, warmth and attention to detail across the whole resort are what make Paradise Cove stand out. Nothing ever feels too much trouble, and there is a genuine feeling that the staff want you to have the very best experience possible. After three visits, Paradise Cove genuinely feels like our happy place. We have made wonderful memories here, and we already know we’ll be returning to make many more. A beautiful resort, quiet and relaxing . All staff very accommodating and polite. Nothing too much trouble and issues sorted immediately.

Having just spent our honeymoon at Paradise Cove, we were absolutely blown away by the beauty and tranquility of this magical place. Everything from the food, room, staff and facilities was first-class and simply the best we have ever experienced. We’ve just spent 7 nights here and can honestly say the hotel is amazing in every way. The food, pools and service were all fantastic. We stayed all-inclusive, and the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. A special mention to Sandeep at the main bar, who was always so attentive, regularly checking if we wanted another drink and always doing so with a smile. That said, every member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite and attentive. Reception was also very helpful and booked our meals at the two restaurants that require reservations. However, if there’s one you particularly want to visit more than once, I’d recommend booking as soon as possible or even before you arrive, as we found they were fully booked when we tried to book again. The hotel always has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere, which we really enjoyed. With multiple pools and plenty of different lunch spots, it never felt overcrowded or too busy. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, we dream to return one day!
