Radisson Blu Azuri Resort and Spa Mauritius

It was one of the most beautiful holiday in the last 10 years. The room is very comfortable, beautiful, and clear. Everything was fine. The restaurant, the bar, everything. Special thanks to kheerty and kewin from Blackrock they were so kind, friendly , they always make us smile, every day a little kindness, it was healing to my soul. The atmosphere of the hotel is so peaceful, we could relax, and just be there and enjoy our time.

Ok so from the off staff super friendly, welcoming and professional. Resort is ok, pool facilities ok. Sun loungers nice. Pool could do a revamp lights falling out, cracked tiles bit grubby but ok. Kids had fun. Beach, nothing what it looks like in the pictures. More a lagoon style beach, loads of seaweed and sea quality poor. Beach activities, great addition if they are running. So make sure you book on as soon as you get there so you dont miss out. Incase of cancellations ( weather permitting). Great that most of it is free too!!!! Food - buffet. Awful. Mixed matched, nothing really went. Very small and limited. Not what we are used too. Restuarants - Blackrock our fav. Always had a good meal hear and loved the beer mojitio. Itallian - food ok, limited choixe but fresh. Gold club - nice but service terrible. There was one young waitress who was fab everyone else made you feel like a hassel drinks forgotten, food order missed. Just really poor and so so many mosquittos. Free shuttle bus to market - recommend. Need to offer stamps if offer postcards. Would sell so many more if this was an option. Rooms - awful. Run down, damp, ours was covered in black mould. I didnt even unpack my suitcase. Mini bar fridge did not work. Such as a shame if this resort invested in a revamp i would return but not a chance the way it is now. Took us 30hrs of travel to reach here and had a really indepth tour. Not what we needed. Would of been nice to check in with us the next day to go through the main bits.

We had a really pleasant experience here at radisson blue. Don’t think twice just book your stay here. Amazing food and other activities and halal certified. We got our room upgraded to pool villa since we were on our honeymoon which was a bonus. The staff were really attentive and kind especially kavita she helped maintain our room. If you are looking for an all rounder experience

Words can't describe how amazing the team are in this hotel. From Sheel and Sultana helping us pre book the spa and golf, to Ramesh and his team when we arrived. We wanted for nothing. Then there is Vinay... He takes hospitality to the next level. A ten minute conversation and all our excursions were booked no fuss, no hard sell. He genuinely cares about how good your stay is and will do anything in his power to make sure it is the epic trip you had imagined. The kids (9 & 10) had an amazing time, all of the watersports included were great and the food was lovely. The themed nights mixed it up and the a la carte options were a nice treat. The nine was the best 9 holes course I have played. Although the ninth took more golf balls than I care to admit. The leadership team should be very proud of their team and what they are helping them to build. 10/10.
