Radisson Blu Azuri Resort and Spa Mauritius

We arrived at reception and were greeted by lovely check in staff.We were made comfortable and were given a complementary arrival package containing drinks and hot towels which was a lovely beginning to our stay. As we arrived before check in we were shown the activity board by two members of staff explaining the complimentary activities and outlined the ones we needed to book into as well as the theme for the buffet each night.We were told to go to the buffet to get some food while our room was being sorted out.While eating one of the servers came over to us and told us our room before check in.Around check in time we went to reception where we were given a full tour of our room by two lovely receptionist ,they outlined the mini bar what was included and not what numbers to call or how to request more of a certain item. When we arrived at our room we did have a few issues the ac in one of your rooms was not working as well and as well the kettle did not work.We went to reception and told them about this and within 10 minutes we had people come and fix both. While staying here we had access to the bar, buffet and three restaurants the nines,black rock and cafe giona.At lunch for the restaurants we got 700 rupees credit to use and 1000 at dinner the food at these were exceptional with quick, friendly amazing service.At the buffet the service was just as good servers came over straight away and took drink orders a shout out to savesh and Dorcas who were exceptional.They were both friendly,quick and professional.Dorcas throughout the day came up to us to ask if we would like any more drinks,she stood out against all doing more than others. Our rooms were clean,cleaned each day,devianne cleaned ours most days and was very friendly.We left tips each day and she even came up to us and said how much it means to her for us leaving these.When she was off work the day before she asked if we needed anything extra such as soaps for showers or more water.One thing that impressed me of the rooms was the spacious bathrooms this made it easy to get clean and not feel cramped. We went all inclusive and the drink selection was good,several beers and mocktails on the menu and made quick and delicious each time by the bar team. Each night around the bar there was entertainment we didn’t watch it but we past a few times and it looked amazing.One thing we found was the shows would not go on for too long they would end around half 9-10 which was really good making it not too noisy and good for people trying to get an early night. The hotel included free water sport activities such as snorkelling to a reef,kayaks and more but as we are on the east coast it’s a bit windy and most days these were not put on for the safety of the guests. We went on a few of the trips included we went on two bike rides one to a local market and temple and one to a Hindu temple both not too far and both led by Roy who was an amazing tour guide who was friendly,professional and including.He even asked us questions on our second trip as he taught us about the Hindu religion which we thought was a nice thing. Overall we had an amazing stay in my opinion this hotel had the best food and customer service I have experienced at any other hotel.The hotel was clean all over and well maintained the pool was nice not too hot and not too cold but was a bit salty as they probably used sea water but was not an issue for me. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would make a return.

We went for a day package and were well served by Mr Ramesh. Nice local vibe and good family moments. Good service in the restaurant. Spent birthday of my mother in law and were surprised with champagne and birthday cake offered by the hotel but within our all inclusive package.

Radisson Blu Azuri Resort provided an excellent service to our family vacation. They checked in with us daily on how we are doing, they booked our excursions and overall the staff at the hotel was attentive, respectful and very helpful. The amenities and activities at the hotel was really great, to keep you entertained when not going on excursions.

We spent 2 days at Radisson Blu, Azuri. We have been there previously some years ago and we're not impressed. This time was completely different! The stay has been really excellent. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is excellent, venue is spectacular and staff is their strong point. We have received excellent service from the below persons which we will make sure we never forget: Heert- The responsible for bar and restaurant. After having reviewed 35 resorts on 4 continents, we have never came across such a present and caring fnb responsible. He always tried his very best to satisfy the clients and always smiling. You felt welcomed at every encounter with Heert. Shreeya - tranquille young girl but always professional and caring. She made loads for us during our stay and made a step to make it even more pleasant each time. Dorcas- a young expatriate lady with such a strong 'courage'. She has really impressed us. As French says: La force tranquille! Suraj, Avishek and Sandesh working at the bar for hours but such a nice touch. Meet them if you wish to have a tailored experience with your drinks - These guys are artist The reception staff was also very correct. Again, we now cheerfully highly recommend this resort for it's venue, facilities and Authentic people experience

We had a lovely day at the radisson azuri, the atmosphere was very calm and nice. All staffs were lovely and helpful. Would definitely go again.
