We first arrived after a long flight and when we first took a look around, we were amazed by the resort's astonishing atmosphere and the sound of the waves rushing into the ocean water. When we checked into our room, we were amazed by how comfortable and cozy-looking it was. The location has the most comfortable weather for Mauritius and it even is still acceptable to come here during Winter, which we did. The value is affordable as this resort provides so many benefits in return. We had no issues with cleanliness. Barely any noise level, except for the sounds of birds flying around. The service was one of the best parts of this resort, including these specific workers, "Scayam, Babbo, Anand, Steven, Stephan and Clarel." Their hospitality was amazing and they made us feel at home. We had a great vacation in Sugar Beach! -Ahmed Helal.

We had the most incredible stay at Sugar Beach Hotel, and it’s all thanks to the exceptional team who made every moment feel special. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. A special mention to Anuradha, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She organised a beautiful romantic dinner right on the beach — the setting was magical, with the sound of the waves and a table set under the stars. She also arranged for snacks and a special drink to be delivered to our room, a thoughtful touch that made us feel so well looked after. Fardeen, Head of Rooms, made sure we had the perfect room for our stay, taking real care to get every detail just right. Fazle and the pool team kept everything running beautifully, always on hand with a smile. The entertainment, headed by Mario, was brilliant and added so much fun and energy to our days. And at meal times, Christine made sure we had everything we needed, with warm and attentive service every time. The level of care and attention to detail from the whole team was outstanding. It’s rare to find service this personal and heartfelt, and it turned a lovely holiday into a truly romantic and memorable experience. We can’t recommend Sugar Beach Hotel highly enough, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you to Anuradha, Fardeen, Fazle, Mario, Christine, and the entire team for making our stay so special! I am new to Mauritius!! First time visiting this beautiful country. The resort its amazing. Very good location to visit the south of the island. Beach is amazing, resort facilities top notch. Food experience great with different themes. Sega night was so lovely. Staff at the hotel are so nice and Anuradha did helps us and looked after us through the whole stay. Lovely experience!!!!

I came here with my wife the atmosphere was amazing the food is diverse and may I just say the service here is absolutely top tier. The staff are so accommodating. I would like to mention a few staff members who went above and beyond whilst we stayed at this hotel. Firstly Mr Sorab he had a big smile and a friendly attitude. Next we have Mary-Ann she is kind and welcoming towards us. The last three people are Megane, Naomi and Nadine they all radiated positivity and made our honeymoon very special
