Veranda Grand Baie Hotel & Spa

It is conveniently located near the beach and many restaurants and bars. I would say the main perks here would be the impeccable service, great value and great atmosphere. Staff here are extremely friendly and helpful especially Jahmello, Rokaya, Christabelle and Oodesh. The noise is decent but can be noisy on weekends due to the bar nearby having live music and events. The hotel is generally quite clean.

The activities are great. Rokaya really helped us to get the activities. Without her we would not be able to enjoy fishing and foot ritual. Staffs are extremely friendly…felt very welcomed. Christabelle and Rokaya. We didn’t know need to pay for tea time as we were informed it was served daily…it was not tasty for the price. We didn’t know need to pay for water as well. Not enough water for us. The breakfast spread was almost the same everyday which was too boring. Please change the menu daily at least slight changes. The room felt abit cluster phobic , too many walls and low ceiling.

Veranda grand baie for the our second stay this time with my sister. Our girls trip. It was amazing with a nice welcoming, with Emilie our host. We were out all the time but still have a nice time at the hotel. The hotel has a natural charm with the staff being really friendly. We really enjoy our time here. And the staff make sure that we had everything we need. As 2 ladies travelling, we felt really secure at the hotel and even when going out. The security was good. We recommend the hotel at 100 %. And we will come back for sure.

The room was extremely comfortable and cozy, the garden around the whole hotel is stunning! The staff were so kind, warm and helpful, we truly loved our stay and we will hopefully be back soon!
