Diego, Paolina, Eddy, Leo and Cuellar were fantastic entertainer. Very friendly, fun and helping. They made our stay very much enjoyable and joyful

Natuurlijk, hier is dezelfde versie zonder de streepjes: We had such a lovely experience at Catalonia Royal Tulum and really enjoyed our time here. The biggest highlight for us was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive, and their hospitality made such a difference throughout our stay. You really feel that the people working here want you to have a great holiday. The resort itself is beautiful, surrounded by so much greenery, nature and wildlife. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and the pool area is always clean and pleasant. We also really enjoyed the restaurants. The food was very good, there was plenty of variety and we loved trying the different options during our stay. The entertainment in the evenings was another nice addition and made the resort feel lively without being too much. The rooms could perhaps use a little updating in some places, but for us this was a minor point compared to everything else the hotel offers. Our arrival unfortunately started with quite a long wait at check-in. After mentioning this to the hotel, however, they dealt with the situation extremely well and professionally. We were offered compensation, which we really appreciated. It was nice to see that our feedback was taken seriously. We especially want to mention Josep, Cuellar, Diego, Leo, Pau, Edy, Alex, Quetzabel and her colleague at breakfast, and Ruben with the golf cart. Thank you for being so kind and for making our stay extra special. There were many other wonderful members of staff as well whose names we unfortunately didn’t get. We are leaving Catalonia Royal Tulum with great memories and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting with genuinely fantastic service.

Leo , Edgar, pau, Diego, cuellar were the entrainment guys at the hotel. They were absolutely amazing and so lovely . Really genuine and kind hearted. Chatty and took the time to get to know you . Funny and made the holiday experience just that extra bit magical

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Catalonia Royal Tulum. What truly makes this resort special is the people. The service, warmth and hospitality of the staff are on another level. They genuinely made our holiday and made us feel welcome every single day. The rooms are perfectly fine, although a little dated in some areas. But honestly, this is more than made up for by everything else the resort has to offer. The restaurants are fantastic, the food is excellent and there is plenty of choice. The evening activities are also great fun and add a lot to the atmosphere. The pool area is clean and relaxing, and the resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The amount of nature, greenery and wildlife around the property makes it feel very special. We did have a long wait during check in when we arrived. We raised this with the hotel and they handled it very professionally. We received compensation, which we genuinely appreciated. It showed us that they take feedback seriously and want their guests to have a great experience. A special thank you to Joseph, Diego, Quetzabel and her colleague at breakfast, Alex Ruben with the golf cart, and the special thanks to the whole team Cuellar, Diego, Leo, Pau, Edy!!! And of course all the other amazing staff members whose names we unfortunately did not catch. You were all fantastic and made our stay unforgettable. We leave Catalonia Royal Tulum with very good memories and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing resort with outstanding hospitality.

Very beautiful nature setting and the beach was small but clean. The restaurants were all good but our favorite was the Mexican one. Very nice activity (painting on the beach) and very thoughtful staff : Paulina, Cuellar, Diego, Eddy, Leo Daniela and Miguel
