The resort was amazing, but honestly…the workers Paulina,Cuellar,Leo,Eddy, Diego deserve their own 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ They were so friendly, helpful, and full of energy that I’m starting to think they were secretly trying to convince us to never leave. 😂 Always smiling, always ready to help, and somehow still cheerful while we were doing absolutely nothing except eating, drinking, and laying by the pool. 😂🌴 10/10 service, 100/10 people! If management is reading this—GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE! They earned it! 👏😂❤️ -Inna and Oleg ("Russia")

Overall, we had a very good trip. I would say that everything was average to above average, but nothing was excellent (besides Quatzebel at the buffet and Raul at the Pool Bar). For example, the food was all very good, but nothing was excellent. The buffet always had the same options, so they got a little repetitive for breakfast and lunch. Even the choices at the specialty restaurants were a bit limited and repetitive. We always found plenty to eat, but more choices would have been nice. We heard they used to have a Mexican buffet on Saturdays, but they don’t do that anymore. I would have liked some type of special themed night just for something different. The rooms were big and very comfortable. The two shows we went to were enjoyable. The pool was large and never crowded. We never had to fight for chairs, which was nice. The entertainment staff never pushed for people to participate in activities, but they did offer before each new activity and that was appreciated. My only complaint with the pool was that the water was very warm most days and didn’t feel refreshing at all. It felt more like a hot tub. The bugs were very bad at Tao the first night we were there, but we didn’t have many issues with the bugs the other nights. The seaweed was getting better each day we were there, but we are pool people, so we don’t use the beach anyways. Everything was very clean, and the staff all work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. We feel like we got a lot for our money, so we would come back if we find a good deal, but there are nicer/better resorts out there. It was a relaxing stay, and that’s what we were looking for this trip.

My husband and I had a fabulous time here for our 20th Anniversary. The resort is so easy to get around and the grounds are beautiful. We loved seeing the wildlife every day. The pool is great with plenty of loungers. There isn't a lot of shade, so be prepared for that. We brought along swim shirts so that we could spend more time floating in the pool without burning. The pool bar was great. We had the privileged wristbands which gave us access to the BLoved restaurant. The food was great there and the view was even better! We ate at each of the restaurants for dinner (steak, Italian, Mexican and Asian). The food we ordered was good everywhere. Bring bug spray for the Asian restaurant, because it's outdoors. It's worth going to, though, for the ambiance and the delicious food! The rooms were fine. We were on the top floor of building 4 which was lovely (short walks to the pool and the lobby). We only went to two of the shows (Abba and Carribean Dreams). The shows were fun! I was worried about the sargassum issue, but we were fortunate for our August 13-20 stay that the beach was well cleared and the water got progressively cleaner throughout our stay. I would recommend this resort to other couples or groups of adults who want to take it easy. There is some entertainment, but it's definitely not a party resort.
