⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Family Experience – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday at Dreams Mexico and honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt 5-star — the service, the facilities, entertainment and, most importantly, the incredible team who looked after us throughout our stay. There was always something for the kids to do, which made the holiday even more enjoyable for the whole family. From paddle and pickleball to pool activities, climbing and plenty of other activities, they were entertained every day and absolutely loved it. It was brilliant to see them having so much fun and making memories. The food was another highlight. Everything felt fresh, clean and well presented, with a fantastic variety of choices. Having multiple restaurants meant there was always something different to enjoy, and the quality was consistently excellent. The beach was clean and very well managed, with the team working every day to clear the seaweed and keep the area looking beautiful. We also felt extremely safe throughout our stay. The rescue and lifeguard team were always visible and available — almost like having our own Baywatch team! 🛟🌊 What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests were having a great time. Dreams Mexico gave us exactly what we wanted from a family holiday — sunshine, relaxation, adventure, great food, fantastic entertainment and quality time together. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely recommend Dreams Mexico and would happily return. A genuine 5-star experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

More negatives than positives! Myself & my wife visited for 10 nights from the UK for our honeymoon with our almost 3 year old. We’ve stayed in hotels in the area that were to a lot higher standard. We paid a lot of money to visit here, therefore we expected this hotel to be wonderful, but it was just lacking that bit of class that others had. To the point we actually paid to spend a night on Isla Mujeres, which we shouldn’t have to do when staying at a so called “luxury resort”. Overall the amount of negative things about the hotel would mean we definitely wouldn’t return. Positives: Gaucho restaurant really nice! Clean and tidy garden areas. Bedrooms nice. Buffet good quality food however does get repetitive. Lovely beach. Splash pool good for kids. Waiter service around the pool is good. Negatives: Work going out around the pool for the full time we were there, which was loud! Only being able to use the play park (kids club) between 09:00-10:00am. Unless you want to leave your child which we don’t go on holiday to leave him, we want to spend time with him. Nothing to do for young kids of a night time. No Italian restaurant at a child friendly resort which we found strange . Swimming pools were red hot, not refreshing in the slightest. Menu options in à la carte restaurants not really catered for younger kids. You would ask 1 person something and they would say no then you would ask another person the same thing and they would say yes, it was as if some people couldn’t be bothered to do things for you. Asking for a straw they look at you as if you’ve asked them to give you their whole life savings. Don’t sit outside at gaucho grill as the waiters just concentrate on inside guests, we sat for 1 hour and we had 1 minute piece of beef, the service was awful. “Sports bar” took 30 minutes to get the tvs on and there was no one on the bar down there. Other resorts we’ve been to have 10 tv’s or more constantly on and a bar open 24/7. Ice cream choice, no vanilla no chocolate was a regular thing. They should be 2 that are constantly available for kids. Ran out of Nutella in the breakfast buffet. We seen loads of people being greeted with champagne on arrival, all we received was a wet towel.

Wonderful family resort. We were a 3 generation family of 12 ranging in age from 2 - 74 and there was something for everyone. 3 pools (2 quiet, 1 with entertainment and party atmosphere; 2 waterslides (1 waterpark with slides for kids and 2 larger slides for older kids and adults); good variety of restaurants; nice rooms; beautiful beach; clean with courteous staff and good service. Recommend highly.

We recently stayed at the Dreams playa Mujeres Golf and spa resort during our trip to Mexico. Overall, there were many things we truly enjoyed, especially the hospitality and service provided by the staff. We really enjoyed the Lobby Bar. The bartenders were welcoming and friendly, especially Evette who made us feel very comfortable during our entertainments. I also have to recognize the housekeeping team. They provide excellent service. Everywhere you walk around the resort, you can see how incredibly clean and well maintained the public areas are. For such a large resort, the level of cleanliness was impressive. The Housekeeping employees clearly work very hard, and they deserve recognition. The pool bar attendants were also amazingly always smiling and even remembering what we liked to drink during our stay. We especially enjoyed Maris, the seafood restaurant. The food and service were excellent. Wilbert, Samuel, and Daniel provided outstanding service and were truly on top of everything. Unfortunately, our experience with the FUSION -Asian restaurant was extremely disappointing. The Maris team recommended that we try it, telling us the food and service were excellent. Since our group included 11 adults and one 6½-year-old child, and we are Asian, we were very excited to try it. We arrived around 5:30 PM and were told there would be approximately a two-hour wait. We accepted the wait and returned around 7:15 PM, only to be told again that we would need to wait another two hours. What was especially frustrating was that our room number or name had not been taken when we first arrived, so there seemed to be no proper way to track how long we had already been waiting. Finally, around 9:30 PM, a table was set up for us outside the restaurant. Our food did not arrive until approximately 10:15 PM, close to the restaurant’s closing time. Waiting nearly four hours for dinner was unacceptable and unfortunately became the most disappointing experience of our vacation. I would also suggest that management consider updating the guest rooms, as the room condition and décor feel dated compared with the level of service provided by the employees. We understand that Secrets Playa Mujeres part of the same resort chain. During our stay, we had dinner there one evening, and the experience was completely different. The food was delicious, the service was top-of-the-line, and the atmosphere felt luxurious. That experience showed us the level of quality and service we had hoped to receive at this resort as well. There are many wonderful employees at this resort who made us feel welcome, and I sincerely appreciate their hospitality. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience had a significant impact on our overall impression. Because of this, I don’t believe we will return to this particular resort.
