Hotel Platinum Yucatan Princess

We had a fabulous vacation at Princess Yucatán Platinum. What a beautiful resort. Spacious, clean rooms, lots of pools, theatre shows and activities. The cuisine was top notch! Various restaurants, and the main buffet was very impressive. Such a variety of theme nights and delicious dishes. The food was important in our hotel selection and this place certainly delivered. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Special shout-out to Amaury (our bellhop) who put a smile on our faces every day. He was super helpful, friendly and fun. Another goes to Bryan (server) who was always entertaining, positive and attentive. Everyone from the chefs, to the front desk staff, to the cleaners, made our stay very comfortable. We'll definitely be returning!

it's my first 24h here and it's pure 10/10 - It is quiet season and i love it : calm spacious we are really welcome, people working there host us like family the food i tryed at buffet is pure gold and hard to believe after this magic breackfast they close at 11 am re set up for luch (i was busy to try it) super was perfect and heard restaurants are amazing the spectacle with the dancers was really good to night and the Rock band before too!!! What else to say - we can walk to the princess ressort if we want more choice and see more people I Just ordered food from the room :) = Real vacations I will be back without any hesitation

We have been many times to Mexico, various resorts. This was our first time at Platinum Yucatan Princess resort. The resort is beautiful and very clean. The service was excellent. The room was very specious and kept very clean. There are many animals making the place a unique experience for animal lovers. The food served was very good with great selection. However, the desserts were horrible. This opinion was shared by other guests. At all the other resorts in Mexico that we have been to, offered excellent and tasty desserts. We can't understand why this 5 star resort cannot have the same. The pools are very clean but please DO NOT have the workers clean and scrub the pools while the guests are in them. This had occurred numerous times during our stay around noon time. My wife got a severe eye infection as a result of this. We would like to mention the people who provided excellent and attentive service at the buffet restaurant and made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you Fernanda, Armando and Karen for everything you did every day to make our stay very special. Overall, we had a good experience and will be coming back soon as a larger group. We hope that the management looks into the issues we reported above and address them before we arrive again.

Beautiful hotel. Very quiet in August. The beach wasn't good. The pools were great. The buffet restaurant had a good variety. The hostess Kareu was amazing so friendly and lovely. Estanistao,Abelino & Bryan, outstanding waiters. The Brazilian restaurant in the sister hotel was out of this world. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The maids did an excellent service.

Thank you for making my first solo trip an amazing one. From the moment I arrived at the resort Enrique was so welcoming. Also he never forgets your name. What an amazing experience. I will definitely be back!!
