I love this result i came with my brother and just would love to said that the food here is delicious the drinks were amazing. They have a great variation of activities and shows. I wanna point out that raul from animation made are vacations so much fun hes great doing all the fames around the pool wich makes it easier to know other guess great job raul will be back soon hope to see you here thank you all for making are holiday amazing

I had a wonderful yoga and Pilates class with Yvette and Marco. I’d like to thank them and all the staff at the studio.

Where do I start ? The staff is absolutely amazing .Big shout out to Javier the bell man . What a gem of a human he is . Also all the bellman . Always made sure if I was walking to my room late they would drive me to make sure I was safe Can’t thank them enough.. always a hello and made sure my son and I felt at ease . Entertainment team .. Luna and Chris Mr Hollywood and the 5 of them were the best . I have travelled to many all-inclusive resorts, many different islands and this by far was the best entertainment team I have ever seen. They ran games with without any issues always on time always got people involved. They need to be recognized for their hard work and their commitment to guess to have a good time. The owners of platinum should be very proud of the entertainment team by far. The best I have ever seen at an all-inclusive resort hats off to them my son who is 22 had a blast every single day. They all deserve a raise and recognition for a job well done. Raul Mali Johnathan ramse Raul Amazing hardworking crew The food was amazing and to die for we did the Brazilian steakhouse twice did the rodeo grill à la carte amazing did the Italian, which was good the buffet was not repetitive the grill stations and the omelet stations were great. They never ran out of food. I never had an issue with cold food. Pool bar the people that work at the pool bar were amazing and we always had our drinks The rooms were beautiful. We had a deluxe junior suite deluxe at the building closest to the pool room 2128 and it was clean. The rooms were always cleaned by the time we came back from breakfast. I would definitely recommend this resort. We had nothing but positive to say we had no hiccoughs whatsoever as usual you do when you are on vacation, but we had not one issue at all. The beach we couldn’t use because of the problems with seaweed they were working at cleaning it up, but it was lost cause it was coming in as fast as they were trying to clean it up. Mother nature was to blame for that. I would definitely return to this resort as the staff their work above and beyond there was absolutely no complaints. We went a couple of times to the sunset for their sports bar, which was good and their nightclub, but that resort didn’t have the same vibe as the platinum. If you wanna put a great experience come to this resort everyone is amazing there. I cannot wait to return one day.

Our experience was awesome, the morning staff including Karen Alberto Rosemberg and Gerameel were great. Someone that really made this experience extra special was Salatiel. He was our waiter in the evenings and always made us feel welcomed. We really appreciate him and his kindness, he is an amazing guy. This is a nice hotel and we will come again! 😊
