This is a lovely hotel, in a good location, kept very clean, right on the beach, has lovely swimming pools, although staff try to keep the surrounding areas of the pool dry, it is so slippery, so a good pair of non slip whatever on your feet is essential, if you are of a certain age 😁, lovely helpful staff, lovely buffet restaurant with so much choice, not much to fault here at all, the only downside for us was the excursion we took, it was an all day trip to Holbox, very long and very expensive, the buffet cold lunch at the 5 star resort I would not have fed my dog, the only inclusive drink was water and a concoction of some dark berry, so had to pay for a can of coke at a disgusting price.

What a beautiful hotel, and thanks to the hotel staff and amazing experience. I honestly loved the staff at this hotel. Everyone of them from cleaners to kitchen staff bar tenders you name it. The hotel has got the employment of staff spot on. Couldn't do enough for you with a smile on there face. Best holiday iv had thanks to them all. Hotels beautiful also the views 😍 Thank you for such an amazing holiday ❤️

This place is awesome. Clean rooms, good food (we only ate at the buffet and Pepe’s. Entertainment staff is outstanding!!! Very friendly, great at being engaging and asking if you want to participate. This was our second visit in 6 months and we will most definitely be back. Parties at Caribe were fun!

Riu Cancun - Informații

O priveliște impresionantă asupra Golfului Mexic, o plajă frumoasă și posibilități fantastice de distracție și odihnă activă – toate acestea se regăsesc la hotelul Riu Cancun. Complexul oferă o formulă All Inclusive 24 de ore pe zi. În incinta complexului se află 5 restaurante și 7 baruri. Mesele sunt servite sub formă de bufet, cu o gamă largă de aperitive, feluri principale, salate și deserturi. Oaspeții au aici posibilitatea de a se relaxa în jacuzzi și de a practica sporturi acvatice. Distracția de seară și de zi este asigurată de animatori internaționali. Hotelul este destinat oaspeților adulți (18+).
