Riu Dunamar

Excellent food, buffet and card restaurant perfect. Room always clean. Pool good size, services perfect too.

Staff are very rude , i have had several bad interactions with some of them , some are just ok and nice , not not generally, they generally not trained to smile or say hello, even at frunt desk they will do thier job but not even a smile on thier face , they kind of make you feel like you owe them rent.... Don't fall for the scoba sport stands , they say the kayke and catamaran is free but an extremely rude guy at the scoba desk everyday comes up with exuses to not give you anything thats free, he instead want to upsell you jetski at 80 $ for half hour, ( by far that guy is the worst at the whole resort ). The food is not bad , but not that great either, they have one big buffet where you can kind everything and support to be 4 other restaurants, one is a steak house but I think the same food gets served from the other door sold as higher end rib steak , staff at the door will try thier absolute best to brush you off no matter what time you go they will tell you they dont have space , yet if you slip them money they will take you in right away infront of a huge line up. Now the beach, is what this place has going, it is nice white sand and blue water , waves are medium-sized with some seaweeds depending on the waves and wind but they try to control it. Room is relatively clean but the AC is really load and does not stop and outside of the room always smell like the cooking in the kitchen fish and meat, but I didn't mind that much . If you dont have much choices this place could do , bit I would go try another hotel next time, they really need to improve on the training of staff .

Food was not very pleasant. Everything was so far from hotel because you are at the end of island.all the staffs was nice and friendly. Vibes was there! I suggest you go here for family stay. It was a lot of kids here as well.

We had a fantastic time at Riu Dunamar. The food was excellent, the staff super friendly, the rooms comfortable, the pools and beach like paradise!
