Riu Ventura

The RIU VENTURA was an incredible resort. We were on the 6th floor and it was perfect for going to the adult section. There is a rooftop pool there, bathroom, bar and towel service all right there. The highlight was the exceptional service we got from Luis Angel the bartender and the daily observation of Salvador, the security guard who maintained a peaceful safe area for everyone. It was our best RIU trip to date.

We are just back from this hotel and it was wonderful ,location cleanliness ,, staff was wonderful special mention to bar waitress Brenda and Diana were really friendly and knew our drinks order ever rime, special mention tob Ricky pool waiter friendly helpful an asset to your hotel , only down side didn't like all the qr bookings but maybe that an age thing food was good but luke worm

The hotel Riu Ventura was real accommodated for switching our small room with out extra charge. To a bigger room. The room was with little of noice around,

I really enjoyed my stay at RIU overall and had a great time. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was nice, and I definitely enjoyed my vacation. My biggest issue was that my girlfriend and I were separated and not allowed to stay at each other’s RIU, which was disappointing since we were traveling together. The other thing that could definitely be improved was the food. Unfortunately, a lot of the food we tried wasn’t very good and didn’t meet our expectations. Other than those two things, we had a great experience and really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely consider staying at RIU again and hope they improve the dining experience and are a little more flexible with guests traveling together.

I really loved this place the food was amazing and the drinks on demand . I had original plans but they had so many events that were free that I just went along with their plans . I loved it there
