Royalton CHIC Suites Cancun Resort & Spa

Honestly the best experience ever. Thank you for Monse for making everything easier during the whole duration of the trip. She was always amazing and provided me with excellent help. I definitely would want to come back this is a place to make great memories.

The property itself is decent. We really enjoyed the Diamond Club area and were glad we had upgraded. The best thing about the entire trip were our butlers, Iran and Samara. They were absolutely amazing. They assisted us with so many things and were always so sweet and helpful. We have stayed at other properties that offered the butler service, and have never really felt it was super helpful. That was not the case at Royalton Chic. Iran and Samara were the BEST and they helped us have the most relaxing vacation. Thank you so much to them and we were so grateful that they were there!

Monse and Daniel at the Royalton Chic Resort in Cancun were our butlers during our stay and were very kind, communicative, and attentive to ensure our trip and plans were accommodated. They even met up with us where we were at the resort when needed. I recommend them both to get the most of your visit!

Ivsn snd Sandra were awe Som. We had a beautiful time. This is the best experience that as a friend trip we’ve ever had and we plan to go again to this resort and plan to let all of our friends and love us know how beautiful the resort is again we plan to attend this resort again and ask for Ivan and Sandra because they were the best butlers that you could even ask for everyone was so polite. Everyone was so attentive. The resort was very clean and it was just a great experience.

Lovely party hotel in the Hotel Zone of Cancun! Our room and all the facilities were very clean, with housekeeping coming in throughout the day to make our beds and provide fresh towels! I definitely recommend upgrading to Diamond Club when booking, as it comes with several exclusive perks and access to certain areas of the resort. You also get a personal butler with Diamond. We had the pleasure of having Sandra and Iran, who were both incredibly lovely and kind! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, responded to our requests and questions almost immediately, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Not to mention, they always gave us a rundown of the daily resort activities and events, checked in on us throughout the day, and ensured we were doing great! On my birthday, they even decorated our room with balloons and a mini birthday banner, which was such a thoughtful surprise! They truly made our stay so much more comfortable and enjoyable. When we come back, we will definitely be asking for them again! As for the resort itself, there are many food options to choose from. We especially enjoyed Elements (buffet) and the Hunter Steakhouse! We could really tell the food was made with fresh ingredients. And when it came to the drinks… there are so. many. places to grab one! In addition, you’ll never get bored at this resort, as there is always something happening every day. They offer a wide variety of fun and interactive daily activities throughout the resort, which is a great way to stay entertained and meet other guests as well. The resort staff, from the waiters and bartenders to front desk and housekeeping were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
