Q Hotel Plus Wrocław

We stayed from 22nd to 29th August and thought that the hotel was really nice. We had contacted the hotel prior to coming out to request a high floor quiet room preferably at the furthest end away from the lifts and I’m pleased to say that this is what we were given. The room was road facing so could be a bit noisy but we had our earplugs so it was absolutely fine. Nice modern room and had everything we needed for our trip. We asked for the minibar to be removed so we could use the fridge for our own items and this was promptly done. The addition of a complimentary water station on each floor was a welcome addition and we used it frequently. All staff we encountered were very helpful and polite. Can’t comment on the food as we preferred to do our own thing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we enjoyed our 7 nights here. We took an Uber from the airport and it was just over £6 and this was around 10pm and we got a Bolt from the hotel to the airport on our return and it was just over £5 and that was at 12 lunchtime, saved us using public transport, no brainer really, would stay there again if returning as only a short distance to the main attractions.

Had a 4 night stay. Location: On the South side of the city and quite near sky tower. Maybe 20 mins walk to the centre but served by a huge choice of trams outside. We paid £7.80 each for a 7 day transport pass via the Jakdojade app which suggests rotes from A to B. We used the trams into the centre, direct to the zoo/afrykarium and to a large shopping centre (magnolia park). It also got us back to the airport. The hotel is 5 mins walk away from a street of bars under the railway line with various eateries too. Great prices along there compared to the centre. Hotel: Really modern. Corridors always smelt fresh. Rooms spotlessly clean and modern. I found the bed really comfortable. Good shower and I can honestly say I didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms which is a rarity. That brings me to a negative however but that was solved by the helpful "Karol" on reception. While the room was great, unfortunately the room we were 1st allocated was directly above a crossing over the busy road outside. This crossing would beep repeatedly whenever someone wanted to cross. We persevered for the 1st night but then found it unbearable and so begged for a move. Thankfully Karol found us a room across the corridor and it was bliss and also a huge relief. We really did appreciate his help. We didn't try any food or drink in the hotel so can't comment but it's a great hotel...if you're away from the main road. It's one of the best we've stayed in and despite our initial problem I would choose to stay here again if ever I return to the beautiful city of Wroclaw.

Comfortable bed with tastefully decorated rooms. Just a short walk into the centre of Wroclaw so ideally situated. Helpful reception staff with a friendly welcome!

Me and my husband stayed at Q Hotel for one night. A night without any sleep. Once we checked in we were told there is a birthday party on the 6th floor however we were not to worry as we were on the 2nd floor. Well the bass from the music was so loud I am sure everyone could hear it. It stopped at 4 am. We got no sleep. Tired and frustrated as we had a long drive ahead of us. I do not recommend it if you are trying to rest. We were also told after the fact this hotels has many of private and business events.

Room been offered contain bed bugs! After long discussion and begging to change room, hotel staff offered another one, but also been noticed bed bugs in bed lining… Hotel staff wasn’t helpful to assist, to change room on another floor, to Offer another hotel or compensation. Been forced by anti sanitary circumstances to change hotel on my own.
