Was worth every penny. The staff and hospitality were on point every step of the way. I would visit this resort again. A+++++

Hotel immaculate .gardens immaculate .we paid a lot of money on the website to come here and have the use of the other 2 hotels.but a lot of the eaterys etc were closed due to low capacity so the 12 resturaunts bars etc .was a load of rubbish .we did not get what we booked .found it hard to find somewhere to eat .total lack of communication regarding what was closed or open even our tui rep was not informed etc .food below standard of other grand palladium hotels else where .most was cold dry .un eatable.complained to our tui rep and filed a complaint form. Most of the staff where great.entertainment below standard .room was great .but no phone for 4 days .tv not working properly. Plus side hot humid .message for any questions

Where do I even begin! We had such a wonderful two weeks at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, but what really makes this place special are the people. The grounds are stunning — so green, tropical and beautifully maintained. It genuinely feels like a little piece of paradise. When we arrived, we decided to upgrade to Family Selection, and I am SO glad we did. It was more expensive than our original booking, but for us it was 100% worth it. We stayed in a two-bedroom Family Selection Family Suite with a pool, which was spacious, beautifully organised and incredibly practical when travelling as a family. A very special thank you has to go to Daniel, the Reception Supervisor. He was incredibly helpful, patient and kind from the moment we arrived and took the time to help us choose the right room for our family and our holiday. Daniel, thank you — you genuinely contributed to making our stay unforgettable. The Family Selection area was definitely our favourite part of the resort. The pool was absolutely beautiful, and we loved having the restaurant beside it for lunch. Nest was another highlight for us. We had so many wonderful breakfasts and dinners there — not only because of the food, but because of the incredible people looking after us. A huge thank you to Ana, Delvin and Euris at Nest. ❤️ You weren’t simply members of staff serving us — over the two weeks, you became people we genuinely looked forward to seeing every day. You were warm, attentive, funny and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. You are a huge part of the reason we will remember this holiday so fondly. The only disappointment was the beach, although this was not really something I can blame the hotel for. There were plenty of loungers and lovely areas to relax, and the hotel had both staff and machinery working hard to clear the seaweed. Unfortunately, during August this part of the coast is affected by sargassum, so the ocean wasn’t the beautiful clear blue we had hoped for. That being said, it certainly didn’t stop us enjoying the beach, the sunshine and our holiday. Overall, this was a truly magical family holiday and one that will stay in our memories for a very long time. The resort is beautiful, Family Selection was absolutely worth the upgrade, but above everything else, it was the people who made our stay so special. Thank you, Daniel, Ana, Delvin and Euris, and everyone else who looked after us during these two weeks. We left with beautiful memories and very full hearts. ❤️🌴 We would happily return.
