My Wife and I travelled with friends who are members and were treated as if we were members. We loved the Hospitality.

Our shower wasn’t cleaned before arrival and I had to ask 4 times then have a supervisor check it out. We couldn’t shower for 2 days. Then we were told we could make dinner reservations at 9am just to be told it had been booked up for two weeks (we tried calling before arrival and was told we had to wait until check in) we waited over 1.5 hours for pizza. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

We had an amazing stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and offers so many activities and amenities to enjoy. The entertainment was outstanding and kept us engaged every day and night. There was always something fun to do, and the shows were energetic, professional, and memorable. Our butler Constantino (Grand Palladium Bávaro Select: Family Selection) provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and always checked in to make sure we were enjoying our experience. His dedication truly went above and beyond. One moment that really stood out was when we had made reservations with him for the Chic Cabaret. Instead of having us return to the lobby, he met us on the beach on the other side of the resort (TRS- Adult Section) to sign a document stating that we’d pay during check out. That level of thoughtfulness and convenience made a lasting impression. He is a true gem and a gentleman who genuinely cares about his guests. My husband and I were extremely satisfied with his assistance and appreciated how he helped us navigate such a wonderful resort. His outstanding hospitality made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you Constantino. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. My husband and I had a fantastic vacation, and we highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun filled getaway with excellent entertainment and outstanding hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Upon arrival for my birthday I requested balloons, flower and decor. None of that was available to me. They only gave me a small cake which was OK. The shower and the inside drained all over the floor reported it several times no one did anything. They only gave us towels to get the water off the floor the sink they stopped up my entire stay reported nothing was done. Mini bar wasn’t stopped. It took five hours to get a stock mini bar a plane arrival so no I probably wouldn’t stay here or referring anymore. And the food was horrible all of it.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff. The beach suffers from seaweed issues. There are plenty pool options but they are on the small side and can get a little busy / noisy with kids. If you want a quieter pool go to Saona.
