I like the entertainment, the shows are very good and the pool activities are amazing. I especially like Mr Bombon. The hotel staff are amazing and very helpful.

We got back to the UK on Wednesday after an 11 night stay here, as a group of 6 (4 adults and 2 girls (12) (13)). I wanted to give some honest feedback having lost countless nights sleep in the lead up to this holiday worrying about some of the horror reviews I had read. These are my personal, honest opinions and are not intended to discredit anybody else’s experience or views. Just a reflection of our experience there. Things we liked: Likes ✅ Restaurant Staff - Johanna was amazing and could not have been more attentive, nothing was too much trouble and she always welcomed us with a huge smile and a hug ✅The Mixology bar - Anthony & Keidy made the best fresh cocktails I’ve ever tasted and with a smile and sing song to go with it ✅Cleanliness of the rooms - our room was cleaned and towels changed, every single day ✅ Air con in the rooms - what a god send!! ✅ Continuous general maintenance around the grounds (gardens, pools, footpaths) from the minute we got up there was always staff busy around the grounds maintaining everything, it was immaculate ✅ Coffee shop - again lovely option to have and lovely staff ✅ Sports bar - great place to go if you aren’t in to the shows of an evening ✅ Choice of à la carte restaurants and ability to book unlimited visits - if you book them early enough you should be able to visit the majority of them at least once during your stay ✅ The TUI meal on the beach (Tuesday) what a lovely experience but make sure you wear your bug spray!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🐜 ✅ Robeltico - Our impeccable Concierge, always about if we needed anything and treated us like family ✅ Size of Pools - there was never any issues with crowding in the pools ✅ Sunbeds always available ✅ Michael Jackson show (Sunday) - a great show but get your seats early!! Things we felt need improving: ❌ Lack of Ice creams during the day - other than the coffee shop there wasn’t anywhere to get ice creams around the pools or snack bars during the daytime, something we missed from previous all inclusive experiences ❌ Buffet in the evening. We didn’t enjoy the buffet at all, it just wasn’t to our personal taste and we were so grateful of the à la carte options ❌ Pool turned all our swimwear and floats green - not sure if this was a chlorine issue or something else, it has washed out of the clothing now we are home thankfully ❌ On site Shop prices are extortionate - we found a supermarket about 10mins walk down the round out of the complex where the basics were far, far cheaper ❌ Some of the decor in the room and corridors is looking a little tired and ready for updating 🏆 Favourite à la carte - Italian 🤦🏼‍♀️ Least favourite - Brazilian (food was overcooked and took a very long time to come out)

Great resort the entertainment team are amazing we have had a great time doing all the activities which have been great fun for the adults and the kids. Would definitely come back Bombon is fantastic gets everyone involved and is great fun best entertainer
