Impressive Punta Cana

We really found that the name Impressive was absolutely fitting for this beautiful resort! We had been booked for Impressive PREMIUM and it was a terrific experience all around! The room was exquisite, with lovely decorations and the shower was for TWO OF YOU! The cleanliness was superb and the mini fridge was restocked daily always with sufficient drinking water! We would definitely return again and recommend IMPESSIVE PREMIUM TO OUR FRIENDS!!! We had a BUTLER WHO IS NAMED JOSE and he was a great man who helped us in every aspect possible! From all of our lunch and dinner reservations, and assistance to phone calls, JOSE WAS A TREMENDOUS HELP!!! We really were impressed by his dedication to his work and satisfying the customer!!! ThankYou very much IMPRESSIVE!!!

If you're coming from the US and you think it is a five-star resort in American terms, it is not. Manage your expectations. The hotel room is more like a three-star. But saying that, for the price you pay it is well worth it! We stayed in the Premium 31 building, and the ocean view was amazing and the beach was steps away. Almost all of the staff were friendly and accommodating and helpful; only a few were not very friendly. They were patient with us as non-Spanish speakers. We liked Villa Magna restaurant the best in terms of food and staff service. The main buffet offered lots of options. The Premium Buffet, Olive Tree, and Grill were not very impressive. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. We didn't do any of the scheduled activities but they offered some every day, if that is something other visitors would like. We think they re-used the glasses for serving beverages/alcohol from the poolside bars without adequately sanitizing them, so we had the butler bring us canned beer and ice each day. We were glad we brought a collapsable plastic cooler with us. Bring $2 bills for tips; the staff like them, said they were good luck. The more you tip, the better the service but less than you would in the US. The staff deserved tips. We will recommend to our family and friends, and we would go back!

so impressive that is wasn’t unfortunately it was not worth the money we paid that’s for sure the pools were not kept clean at all. the japanese restaurant i found rubbis food over cooked and dry, the mexican restaurant was awful. the steak house me and my husband went the first night and the food we couldn’t fault but every time after that was not good food come out raw three times food was sent back and three times under cooked. our rooms were kept clean with on of the cleaners but when she was on her days off we had another cleaner and she was awful never replenished anything lucky we got the first clean back before we left i gave her a wonderful tip cause she was lovely. all in all would never go back there

Everything was incredible, food, drinks all included. The room was nice and clean. I definitely recommend it to everyone. The entertainment team was very lovely also, La Gigi es una chica muy amable y carismatica. Huntos con los otros chicos tambien. I will definitely come back and stay in the same resort.

Great experience, friendly helpful staff together with a nice room with everything you need. Highly recommended, hope to go back again if my health holds out long enough. We had a fantastic holiday.
