Fantastic experience, everything perfect, clean and beautiful! I recommend everyone how much to visit this resort and this beautiful land. Fantastic food, lots of choices, everything delicious, the staff in any area is very kind and always smiling. Despite the ethnic differences and the fact that I don't speak the same language, my greatest appreciation goes to the beach bartender RAMON, who always has a smile and a good word for everyone, every day at any time. Another big round of applause to all the animation guys, who do this work with great passion, truly excellent, especially CARAMELO, with his sense of humor, is always ready to make you have fun, to make you smile or dance. Truly beautiful. All taken care of down to the smallest details, I can't wait to go back

This is our second time using the H10 hotel group (1st being in 2024 - Riviera Maya) and quite possibly the last. We were all inclusive as a family of 4 (2 rooms - 3 adults and 1 child) and a couple of friends went with us also (first time for them, travelling outside of Europe). Rooms were never done daily and some days, we didnt have our fridge topped up with drinks - water and soft drinks. Sockets are dangerous with some wires sticking out and some sockets would actually come out of the wall when pulling the plug out. As a family resort, the all inclusive is an advantage but some of the guests were so drunk and even still, the barman continued to serve them. We even witnessed a woman being taken away by a friend and then fall and the friend couldn't pick her up. One guy proceed to throw up everywhere because he was so drunk. Things you dont want to witness, when there are children around! One particular day, we went to Mike's Coffee, and a hot drink was placed in a paper cup. No cup holder, no cup sleave, no extra cup (this was refused when we asked for one), nothing!! The cup was so hot that even with 3 napkins around it, you still couldn't hold it. An additional 3 napkins later (6 in total) it could be held. Regrettably, a delivery driver bumped into me and the scalding (much hotter than what it should have been) coffee spilt all over my hand, causing it to scald me (and soon after blister). The driver was absolutely mortified and so apologetic - he genuinely felt really bad. Not his fault!! I went back into the coffee shop and asked for a cup with ice so I could put over my hand. We went to reception to complain, details were taken of what happened (which my friend had to write down as I couldn't, due to the scalding on my hand) and we were advised this would be passed onto a manager. Up to the day of writing this review, no one from the hotel has contacted me to see how I was, no first aid/medical treatment offered, no apology for what had happened, nothing!!! Unfortunately, I believe there is not enough staff at the resort for the size of it and the amount of guests, which in turn causes a lack of care and what a guest expects. Whilst we all loved the DR, if we do return, we will not be staying here again.

Excellent service! Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and kind. It’s such a happy and enjoyable place to visit with family. The food was very good, and all the staff were always smiling, helpful, and friendly. We spent 10 days of our vacation here, and it was definitely an amazing experience! We truly enjoyed our time and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Book in was simple. Room was as described on brochure. Staff very friendly especially Tomas our concierge who was outstanding and nothing was out off reach for him and thank you Tomas for all your help with our grandson. Food. Well mostly ok but the Mexican was a joke/bland/horrible/tasteless(we walked out). Villa marina was ace except at night which was a horrible experience as the staff gave off the opinion of not wanting to be there and the food at night was horrible . The other food restaurants were ok. Pool. Great place to relax BUT the sunbeds on the privilege section and the tables were never once cleaned on our stay. Night and day glasses and plates were left all around the pool(discarded)which did not give off a nice look. People were allowed to SMOKE/EATand DRINK in the pool which looked horrible and when I went to reception to complain I was brushed off. Totally unfair on the paying tourist(my family) All in all we made some nice friends on this trip plus in spite of our moans we did have a great time but wouldn’t go back again,this is not the hotels fault but the airline.(long haul)😂
