Ocean El Faro

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean El Faro! The resort was beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food and entertainment made the experience even better. I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would love to visit again! 🌴✨

This was my third visit to this beautiful property in the past two years, and while each stay has been special, this time I left even more impressed. What stood out to me most was the beauty of the resort, the excellent care of the gardens and common areas, and especially the outstanding level of cleanliness throughout the property. Although I did not notice any major renovations, it is very clear that a great deal of attention and effort goes into maintaining the hotel and keeping everything in excellent condition. However, what truly makes Ocean El Faro special is its people. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality of the staff create an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A very special thank you to Juan Carlos, our butler, the bartender at the El Beso pool, Osiris, the Resident Manager, and so many other members of the team. I would love to mention everyone by name, but I would not want to unintentionally leave anyone out. Thank you once again for the wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. It was truly a pleasure to return for a third time. See you again soon

Had a fantastic time here and will definitely go again. The hotel is kept immaculate and set out almost like a village as it’s so big. We stayed in el beso section with a swim up room which was just fabulous. We didn’t use the main pools but they looked great with plenty of loungers. The beach you could see would be lovely without the sargassum but that can’t be helped and they do their best to clear it. We particularly loved having breakfast overlooking the beach at Pez Dama which you can only access if you are in el beso section. The 2 omelette guys there make the best omelettes and there are plenty of breakfast choices. We loved the food here and ate at the main el mercado restaurant and food was varied and tasty. We also ate at Blue Moon, dolce vita, margarita and the steak house. All meals we had at the a la cartes we really enjoyed and the restaurants themselves were set up in a lovely location all close to each other and surrounded by water. We also really liked the set up at the night time with the outdoor area around the ice-cream parlour close to the main theatre, shop, sports bar and ten pin bowling and the main lobby area in the hotel. The service we received was great everywhere and the whole place had a really nice atmosphere. Our room was perfect and one of the comfiest beds we have ever had. I honestly loved this holiday and was so glad that I went and cannot wait to return. We also loved the Dominican Republic too and did some great trips to the local area and a stunning island Sanoa. Thank you everyone at Ocean el Faro we will be back.

Ocean el faro was super nice. It was our first time in Punta Cana and the experience was amazing. Our butler Deiby was kind and quick to answer all my questions. He helped me get reservations at the restaurants and made the whole process from check in to check out easy. At the pool par John and Jonathan were both very kind and made the pool experience fun
