It was good, majority of the staff were nice. Overall I give the resort a 7 out of 10 & give Rosendo a 10/10. I enjoyed myself!

Overall my experience was a 5/10. I feel like the food could have been a lot better and the service staff could have been nicer. Rosendo and Rosa very nice and entertaining. They made the experience better.

We had such a great moment,nice and clean. And we had our Spanish teacher Antonio,our server Leonel and Jeifrin. Best service we could ever had. Axel, Harky best experience ever. Highly recommended! Definitely coming back!

This hotel has truly been one of the best experiences I’ve had! From the moment we arrived, Axel at the front desk made us feel so welcome. Leonel is definitely my guy! He and his friend Jeifrin have gone above and beyond to make our stay smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. They are both amazing, friendly, and genuinely great people. A huge shoutout to my friends Antonio and Harky as well! They are incredible entertainers and somehow became our Spanish teachers too 😂 They’ve made the experience even more fun and memorable. Between the amazing food, the great service, the entertainment, and all the wonderful people we’ve met, I’ve been having such a great time. This trip has been filled with laughter, good memories, and unforgettable experiences. I’m truly enjoying every moment here and would absolutely recommend this hotel!

The staff were amazing. We came in an unfortunate time where there was no electricity; however the way the manager Miguel and the front desk Axel talked to us and explained everything to us made us stay for our 7 night vacation; if it wasn’t for them, we would have left and booked another hotel. Room service was amazing; the food for room service is always fresh. I had one of the best Spanish professor during my stay, Antonio which he is also part of the entertainment team, he has good vibes and always makes sure that we are having fun and including us in all the activities. The vibe team work so hard, Harky and Amerys always bring the vibe with them. I had the best server in the whole stay, Leonel. He is always nice, making sure we have everything that we need. Another amazing server we had was Jeifrin, he is nice and friendly always with a smile. The spa, something you have to book when you come here. My masseuse Josefine I think her name was knows what she’s doing and she is very sweet. I had one of the best vacations thanks to the people I mentioned above. Thank you Royalton Chic Punta Cana.
