Royalton Punta Cana, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort & Casino

My daughter was injured yesterday hitting he head on one of the waterslides. The medical office took a brief look at her and said she needs to go to the hospital. We took a cab (at our own expense) and she needed 6 stitches and was very shaken up. Come back to find out they charged us $225USD for the "medical service" here even though she was injured on their waterslide. I spoke to guest services multiple times who basically said "accidents happen". They take an unfortunate incident like this and try to profit from it. Disgusting.

Hotel personnel always friendly and great vibe , hotel and food always good, also Ana Maria eléctrica Nilsson Samuel vibe group always great happy Ana Maria always with a smile and making everyone feel comfortable.

If you are thinking of booking this resort please don’t you will be very disappointed and dissatisfied. I stayed at this resort from 18 August to 22 August and every single day. There was a different issue my first night. The air-conditioning unit did not work in my room, it was very hot. A technician was sent to my room and still the AC did not work in the morning. I woke up to call the front desk. there was no electricity. The electricity went from 4 AM until 8 PM on the second day. It was a total mess at the resort. Some of the Diamond members were sent to a different resort while the rest of us suffered the day at 8 PM when the electricity came back I was moved to a different room in the morning. The toilet will not flush when I lifted the cover. There was two empty back cans inside of the tank the room next door was two of my family members their toilet flooded their room after the maintenance crew repaired their toilet the toilet in my room began working that night when I visited the buffet the dessert had mold growing on them on day four my family members AC did not work in their room now at lunch I decided to give the dessert another try. I took one big cheesecake, and when I looked at it, there was mold on that also so I had to say something to the Restaurant manager. He called his chef, and they both looked at it then they took it from me before I can get a picture of it. They never came back and said anything to me at the buffet where they prepare the fresh juice there was roaches running on the counter. I showed it to a staff member who was standing right there and she laughed. On the day that the electricity went out, we kept getting different versions of what they thought was fine to tell the guest. The supervisors and managers were not very helpful. I do have to say that Kimberly, Miguel and Alejandro were very helpful to an extent the other staff members not so one other thing at the resort they had employees who were trying to get you to go to a meeting I wanna say even though they were not wording it that way they kept saying it will give you a free gift like they do at the timeshare they claim it’s not a timeshare selling, but to me it is the same. It may not have a maintenance fee every year, but it’s the same concept. I felt haggled every day you would walk into the lobby and there will be somebody trying to get you to go to this meeting because they get a commission if you go to the meeting so all in all, this was not a relaxing vacation that I saved up for I hope my feedback helps you and you stay away from this hotel. It is a 40 minute drive from the airport and there is no beach for you to go swimming in. The pool is nice but the drinks are horrible unless you want to pay extra for premium beverages.

Having a great time, this place is amazing and Bernard is a great entertainer and always happy, and makes sure the whole family joins in and has lots of fun xxx
