Secrets Tides Punta Cana

I was at Secrets Tides late July into August. My stay was excellent in all ways. The food was yummy. The pool and beach time was top notch. The entertainment was amazing. I enjoyed the yoga classes with the visiting instructor for the week! I loved having the option of a quieter pool (closest to the main lobby). Raffy at the pool did an amazing job making sure everything was satisfactory. He checked in on us regularly. Top notch service! The Entertainment Team was also exceptional. They got guest involved and made me feel welcomed. Special shout-ours to Erica, Tedi, Sander, Deivad, & Gregory. Loved all the shows and the outdoor theatre is beautiful!! The daily activities were fun and I left with some great DR souvenirs! Of course I love our daily stops at the Cafe: special shout-outs to Jhon, Jennifer, Deisire!!! I would highly recommend this resort (and have to others) and would love to come back sometime!!! Keep up the great work!

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! This was our family's third visit in the past three years, and it continues to exceed our expectations every time. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay. The extra money is absolutely worth spending to come here. A special shoutout to our butler, Luis, who was truly exceptional. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. He made a point of finding us every day just to say hello and ask if and how he could help, and he regularly texted us the daily activities so we never missed out on anything. His level of care and service made such a difference to our experience. We highly recommend him and look forward to seeing him again on our next visit. We also loved visiting the Coco Cafe, where Rosanna, Estella, and Jennifer were always so friendly and welcoming. They are fantastic baristas and helped start all of our mornings with a smile, optimism, and good coffee. Luis, the "shadow maker" at the pool, was another standout. He was always enthusiastic, incredibly kind, and it was obvious that he genuinely enjoyed his job. His positive energy added so much to the pool experience. The bartenders at the Preferred Pool Bar were excellent as well. They were friendly, attentive, and consistently served great drinks. We'd also like to recognize Gregory and Mayra from the entertainment team. They were exactly what an entertainment team should be: fun, engaging, and energetic. Like so many staff members at this resort, it was clear they genuinely loved what they do. One of my favorite parts of the resort was the daily workshops. There was something new every day, including candle making, cigar rolling, canvas painting on the beach, keychain making, hat painting, mixology lessons, hairbrush decorating, and more. These activities were a great way to break up the day, are not an extra fee to do or keep, and the finished products made wonderful souvenirs to take home. They were genuinely fun, unique, and very well organized. Overall, the people are what make this resort so special. The staff consistently go above and beyond to create a memorable experience, which is exactly why we keep coming back year after year. We can't wait for our next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at Secrets Tide Punta Cana. The staff was great and always full of smiles. A special shout out to Andreina who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was the best; from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. My husband and I will definitely be back very soon.

My wife and I visited this resort and it was our first experience at an all-Inclusive resort. We were throughly impressed by the customer service, food, rooms, and daily activities. Our personal butler - Jonathan Melo, was exceptional at checking in with us each day and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for one in Punta Cana.
