Secrets Tides Punta Cana

Jaime our attendant was really good. Served our needs. Provided information and if their was any questions he found an answer. Really good stay. The restaurants were as would one would expected for an all inclusive. Rooms were elegant. At first they were some odors in the room but our attendant was attentive and got room cleaning to get the room recleaned. The shows were nice, only thing I wish there was more of a variety other than what there was.

Although our experience at the hotel was wonderful, I urge guests to stay away from people offering memberships, especially the company Unlimited VC. We had a bad experience when we decided we weren't interested in any of the offers. After that, the salesperson's treatment was hostile, personal, and showed a total lack of respect towards a guest who is paying for a relaxing vacation and has to tolerate disrespect from these salespeople.

Amazing experience, special shoutout to Luis Fermin, our concierge, who was so amazing! He made our stay very smooth and paid special attention to our needs before we even thought about them. Highly recommend this location also because everything feels so new and fresh. There were no issues with getting beach or pool chairs at all!

Visited Secrets Tides for my anniversary for a 5 night stay and had the most amazing time. The staff is the absolute best part. Everyone is so genuinely sweet, has a positive attitude, and is very attentive. Everyone greets you in the mornings and makes a sincere effort to get to know you. Rosemary was an absolute gem, amazing service from the second I arrived to the second I left! Suejeidi in the preferred bar was amazing!! She always went out of her way to make sure I loved my drink! Juan, Jorddy, other Jourdy, Jhonathan, Zunilda, and all the ladies at the preferred pool were the absolute best along with Elias!! My butler Shadai was always there when we needed him and made our anniversary very special! Could not ask for a better service experience. We booked a preferred master room suite and it was absolutely stunning. The pools were very large and very warm even though they aren't heated. They let you have floaties and a speaker. There is always music playing at the pools, which was nice because I was nervous it would be a quiet resort, but it had an area for everyone. The beach had sargassum — nothing they can do about that. Food will be hit or miss, but that's to be expected; ask the servers what they recommend at each place. Go to Tierra, it's the best restaurant! The food truck is also really good and so is preferred lunch. Avoid Oceana for dinner. The Italian restaurant has some great options! I personally didn't like the Asian restaurant, but I didn't try hibachi. Overall, I enjoyed most meals! I would absolutely return to this resort, and sooner rather than later, because some wear is starting to show. If you drink top shelf liquor, prefer being in AC, and enjoy the additional benefits, then preferred club is worth it! Thank you again to all the amazing staff!

We just arrived at Secret Tides Punta Cana. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are extremely pleasant and kind! We opted for the Preferred Club, which seemed like an excellent compromise, except that the pool reserved for Club members is under construction with a constant jackhammer noise! We would have liked to have been informed before paying the extra fee for the Preferred Club! We understand that the hotel needs to continue improving, but the least they could do is warn guests that they won't be able to enjoy what they've purchased as I have ask this spécific questions : Any rénovation or construction during my stay ! Answer : No not at All !!!!
