Secrets Tides Punta Cana

Our stay at Secrets Tides Punta Cana was absolutely incredible, and a huge part of that was thanks to our concierge, Carela. From the moment we arrived, Carela went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our vacation was perfect. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and always available whenever we needed anything. Whether it was arranging special requests, checking in to make sure everything was going well, or simply greeting us with a warm smile, he made us feel truly valued and cared for. Carela’s exceptional service turned a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one. His dedication, kindness, and genuine desire to ensure guests have the best possible experience are truly remarkable. Beyond disappointed. This property has potential to be much better, but from my experience it's staff id not properly trained and management doesn't care to resolve resolutions.

We were truly impressed with our stay. From the moment we arrived, the kindness of the staff, their warm smiles, and their genuine willingness to help made us feel welcomed and completely relaxed. The resort’s cleanliness, beautiful atmosphere, and the positive attitude of everyone we encountered contributed to an exceptional experience throughout our visit. We would also like to recognise our butler, Andreina, who was absolutely amazing. No matter what we needed, she was always there to assist promptly and with a positive attitude. She truly exemplifies integrity, dedication, and exceptional guest service. When we return, we will definitely request her again. Overall, everyone at the resort was fantastic, and their commitment to making guests feel valued did not go unnoticed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future. Beautiful resort and nice rooms. Food was not great. Tierra restaurant was by far the best and it was actually really good. Every other food option was mediocre at best. Liquor and wine options were bottom shelf and basic. Offerings for the premium side were better but inconsistent. Staff is nice and friendly but service is SLOW throughout the resort. Activities and entertainment stand out and were great. The pool fitness sessions were fun. The activity team was the best. Gregory was a hoot. Loved the pools, lots of available seating and big quality towels. Service at the swim ups was slow and preference was shown to people with fairer skin which is problematic. The liquor choices varied at each bar as well. The beach itself wasn’t bad but the water and sargasm was bad, to no fault of the resort. Overall it was an ok experience. While I wouldn’t excitedly return to this resort, I would go back if it was a REALLY good deal and I’d manage my expectations

This was my first time visiting the Dominican Republic and the resort Secrets was amazing, Our Bulter Mr. Estarlin was AWESOME no matter what our group needed he was on spot , he shows what integrity looks like , and when I visit again we will request him, but overall everyone that works there were great , I look forward to visiting again in the future Teresa Harris Room 1264
