Serenade All Suites, Adults Only Resort

Our experience at **Serenade All Suites** was truly wonderful, and we were very happy with our stay. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere and a friendly staff that was always willing to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel has beautiful facilities, well-maintained spaces, and a great atmosphere for relaxing, having fun, and disconnecting from everyday life. We especially appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were always attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would like to give a **special shout-out to Maria from the entertainment team**. She was absolutely amazing! Maria is such a kind, friendly, and energetic person, and her positive attitude really stands out. She was always smiling, engaging with the guests, and encouraging everyone to participate in the activities. Her enthusiasm and great energy made our days even more enjoyable and fun. We especially want to thank Maria for her wonderful personality and for making us feel welcomed and entertained during our vacation. People like her truly make a difference and are a big part of what makes a hotel experience memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic time at **Serenade All Suites** and are leaving with many wonderful memories. My husband and my review after a 10-day stay. Upon arrival it was a pretty quick check-in, no welcome drink nothing special. The gentleman at reception directed us to a lady who we thought was taking us to a room but was a sales woman, they are extremely pushy and relentless everyday several of them approach you daily even after already bugging you, you have to change your root or duck them so you don't have to be rude and tell them to stop bugging you. They're trying to sell timeshares or get you to buy into some sort of club where you can come back on discounts. After a few nights we heard knocking on our swim-up patio door it was dark outside so we were confused by that, We looked out and there were two local boys asking for food. They also went to other rooms asking for money. The next day we wanted to let the staff know as it could become a safety concern if they keep coming back with older men who push into your room. They didn't pay any attention to us pretended they didn't understand what we were saying, I contacted our transat rep and she came to the resort and had them move us. Funny how the same people that we spoke to the day before couldn't speak a word of English but these two understood everything our rep was relating to them in English. Several people were approached at night on their patio doors by locals, this can be very scary and dangerous! Our first three days it was impossible to get a restaurant reservation so we had to eat at the buffet for breakfast lunch and supper, buffet was okay I mean it's buffet food you can't complain about buffet food it fills your tummy but you get tired of it after a few days, went to the steakhouse for supper it was so hot in there there's no air conditioning the food choices are so minimal my steak was probably a quarter of an inch thick, very small, dry and chewy, ended up leaving it, my husband ordered ribs he got literally one small rib. Television rarely worked, might for a half hour then automatically turn off, they ran out of snacks after a few days so they could not get restocked, the resort itself is extremely loud even the music in the buffet which is supposed to be ambience but my husband and I could barely hear each other talk. The majority of the staff are not very friendly, they are dismissive and disinterested, the bartenders cannot make cocktails very well or go off menu. The resort itself is beautiful however they do not treat it as such. They don't pick up the clutter, the dishes left on tables the cups left out from the night before, my husband and I swam by the same dirty cups and fruit that were in drinks on the side of the pool 3 days in a row. We walked by vomit on the main walkway at 7:00 a.m. walked by again at noon, not even cleaned up. Lots of younger groups getting so drunk and falling down and not getting cut off. We had two separate fights outside of our room each lasted probably around 30 minutes it was very rough and rowdy no staff came to break it up. Our room was beautiful and very well maintained, apparently we were lucky because we heard a lot of people saying how theirs had mold and water leakage. The housekeeper who took care of us during our stay did such an amazing job in our room every single day and she deserved every penny we gave her as a tip. In the middle pool the lady who walks around getting your drink is absolutely amazing, she will do anything for you and get you anything you need. Brought me a bucket of ice to my swim out once, kept on bringing my husband some beer, an absolutely amazing person and an amazing server. The girls at the coffee shop again are so nice and friendly and we're very happy to serve you unlike the majority of other servers. Obviously by this review you could tell we would not return nor would we recommend this resort to anyone. It's advertised as a five-star I'd say it's more of a three-star. So again depending on what type of vacationer you are you might be totally happy and satisfied. My husband and I were there for 10 days so we did not let these things spoil our trip together but we were looking forward to leaving. We love Punta Cana we have vacationed at several resorts in Punta Cana and have loved every one of them and have always been sad to leave unfortunately that was not our experience there.

My family and I had the most wonderful experience. Marlenny Peralta and Angel Dijol played a huge part in this. Every morning the welcomed us, remembered us by name, brought us our drinks without asking! Some resorts have bad service, but not here due to Marlenny and Angel. I would come back just for them!!!

Had such a wonderful time for my mum’s 60th birthday - thank you so much to all the staff and particularly the animation team who bring so much joy to the pool! 🫶🏼
