Whala!Bavaro

I will never go back. The front desk forget it they don't care. Food was cold a the buffet not much to choose from staff there not friendly at all they don't even serve you anything you need to call and call. A la carte only one no 24 hour bar. No coffee in front of drinks in the front. You ask for coffee or tea you are told only at 730 when it's open .the beach is a walk away. Over all it was a waste of my money for the amount we paid for get it never again . There are better hotels then this one we only went cause all of our friends went there all at the same time . I was there and will never go back sorry

We booked wahala bavaro hotel in Punta cana Dominican. The absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The advertisement on all websites show something totally different. False advertisement most definitely. The hotel was so dirty. Toilets overflowing with feces. Room smelled like mildew. Shower in room was salt water. No lock on balcony door. Unhelpful staff. All locals. Vomit in pool. Very unhygienic. No beach!!! Got there later in the evening. Stayed until the morning then left to vista sol in Punta cana. Like a whole other world. Highly recommend vista sol. Clean and beautiful. I would return to vista sol most definitely. Wahala bavero is a safety and health risk and should be shut down immediately. Safe yourselves the trouble of getting your money back and book somewhere else.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was excellent, there was something for everyone. It's close to the beach. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at Whala was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better resort. The staff, entertainment and food was absolutely amazing. The room was also pretty good overall. What stood out the most was definitely the staff! John, Santo, Ambi, Genesis, Maria, Aryana and Marium were our favourites! John was amazing at his job and his energy was unmatched! The bartenders were all so friendly and funny and it really just felt like a little family while being there. For what we paid we were so so pleasantly surprised and we will definitely be back to Whala!

My friends and I had the absolute best time at Whala Bavaro. Every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming and energetic. The bartenders are super and John is an amazing entertainer and employee who goes above and beyond for his guests. The rooms are clean and nice, the food is not repetitive and is always good. New themes and amazing shows in the night time. The location is beautiful and the pools are amazing, lovely walkways and atmosphere. Amazing trip
