I had a truly wonderful experience at Coral Strand. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere was calm, peaceful and welcoming, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The cleanliness of the property was excellent, and the facilities were well maintained. The room amenities were fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged. I particularly appreciated the attention given to the tea, coffee and drinking water facilities, which were replenished and attended to promptly whenever required. The food was excellent, with a good variety and quality that made every meal enjoyable. The restaurant service was also friendly, attentive and professional. What really made the stay special was the warm and friendly service provided by the staff. I would especially like to commend the following team members for their exceptional service and positive attitude: Chamara Cooray and Shehan – Front Office, for their highly professionalism, helpfulness and welcoming approach. Chathuranga Danushka – Restaurant Service, for his attentive and friendly service. Tharindu, for his pleasant attitude and excellent support throughout the stay. Dear Coral Strand Hotel Management Team, I am writing to formally share my feedback regarding our recent holiday at the Coral Strand Hotel Seychelles, where my wife, Saffia, and I stayed in Room 427 from 30 August to 6 September 2026. We wanted to personally commend your team for their outstanding hospitality, which made our vacation truly memorable. Upon our arrival, we received an overwhelmingly warm and professional welcome. The front desk team attended to us immediately, allowing us to relax with refreshing welcome drinks while our reservation details were seamlessly finalized. This efficient check-in set a wonderful tone for our stay. On our first morning, we experienced a minor communication issue with a staff member at the live egg station. However, the true measure of a resort's service is how they handle challenges, and your management team handled this flawlessly. I raised the concern with Mr. Chamara Cooray (Front Office Manager), who addressed the matter with utmost professionalism and empathy. Mr. Cooray immediately involved the restaurant manager, Kenny, who resolved the complaint and briefed the head chef to ensure service standards were maintained. As a thoughtful gesture of goodwill, Mr. Cooray generously arranged a complimentary dinner for us at the Mahek Restaurant. The culinary experience there was superb, and the gesture was deeply appreciated. Throughout the remainder of our stay, Mr. Cooray consistently went above and beyond to ensure we received world-class service. He made a point of greeting us every morning during breakfast to check on our comfort and ensure we had everything we needed. Similarly, Kenny was exceptionally welcoming each morning, managing the breakfast service with great care and making sure our dining experiences were consistently delightful. A definitive highlight of our trip was meeting the General Manager, Ms. Eva, during the guest-management cocktail evening. It was a pleasure to interact with her; she made us feel incredibly valued, as though we were an integral part of the Coral Strand family. Her exceptional leadership skills, approachability, and inspiring vision for the hotel's continuous improvement were highly impressive during our conversation. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Lindy for her remarkable guidance, local insights, and consistently pleasant demeanor whenever we interacted with her. Furthermore, the breakfast restaurant staff—specifically Danushka, Sandesh, and Tharidhu—displayed outstanding hospitality. Their attentiveness, positive energy, and commitment to world-class service every single day did not go unnoticed. Coral Strand Hotel Seychelles is an exceptional destination for a relaxed, rejuvenating holiday. We came for a birthday day pass as we call previous day,they advise as that we can just walk in,so very excited we came it was a Saturday no welcoming we go at the reception they say these no day pass cause it was a busy call,and guess what we call before came...and a guy without any custome service ask us to take a sit,we sit around 30minutes no one to be find.. So disappointed 😞

Fantastic location right on the beach. Very friendly staff. Mr Shihan went out of his way to help make our stay memorable. A choice of restaurants all serving amazing food. Will definitely stay there again

We recently stayed at the Coral Strand Hotel in Mahé, Seychelles, and the care we received from the staff was exceptional. I became ill on our first night, and the hotel quickly arranged a nurse visit and transport to a GP. Throughout our stay, the staff regularly checked on my daughter and me, making sure we were okay, had eaten, and didn’t need anything. A special thank you to Chamara, who went above and beyond by taking my call while he was off duty and helping me without hesitation. His kindness and dedication truly stood out. The compassion and genuine care shown by Sakura and the entire team turned a difficult situation into one we’ll always remember. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality.
