Ikos Andalusia

We have just returned from our 8 night stay at this amazing hotel It is definitely a 5*. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. We have come away with some wonderful memories and such appreciation for everyone who looked after us. A very special thank you to the following people: Lenka, you were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful and your attention to detail with my dietary requirements made such a difference and helped make the holiday even more special, so thank you. You are one in a million. Dimitris in Ouza thank you for your warm welcome was lovely to meet you. Michalis thank you for your kind gesture - Nikoleta and Jirawan thank you for the lovely massage in your Spa was most relaxing. Also to the 2 lovely girls who worked at the adults pool (sorry I didn't get your names). You were always there with a warm friendly smile nothing ever seemed too much trouble, your hard work and kindness was much appreciated. And finally thank you to Martina was lovely to meet you. Thank you for taking the time to listen when I had a few concerns. Highly recommend this hotel. We looking forward to returning to an Ikos hotel in the near future.

We had a fantastic time with top class service, food, drinks, facilities and activities. This a truly wonderful resort. Josh in deluxe pool service, Christina and Johan in Seasons, Alicia sommelier all were fantastic. Special mention for Alexandru who was attentive and as professional as someone who has been in the business for years and in reality it was an early assignment for him. We were delighted with every member of staff we interacted with and are happy to give our absolute recommendation to all for a holiday in IKOS, truly exceptional.

Perfection! What a beautiful resort. The gardens, the staff, the FOOD!?!! Could not fault the place. Loved it even more than Dassia last year (though Dassia beach offerings were better). Special thanks to Johan at Seasons , Svitlana at Provence and Ele (can’t remember full name) and Anaya. What wonder service! Our son did the football escapes- incredible, as always. He also enjoyed the Ikos football camps and matches. It was fabulous. So much for us all to do, from trips, to bike riding. Fitness classes were also great. Ikos Andalusia have thought of everything for everyone! This is an expensive resort but IMO so very worth every penny. Thank you again, Ikos, we will be back!

This was our third visit to Ikos Andalusia, I say to myself we must try somewhere else, but it is so good we just keep going back. The facilities, especially the pools, are brilliant, the choice of restaurants are marvellous, and above all the staff can't do enough to make your stay so enjoyable. I would particularly like to mention, Pamela, Sophia, Alejandro, and Jo, in Flavors restaurant. We will return next year for our fourth visit

We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday at Ikos Andalusia. From the beautiful resort and excellent food to the genuinely warm and attentive service, the whole experience was exceptional. A special mention has to go to Maria Tsafa and the wonderful Heroes Club team. Maria made us feel incredibly welcome and took such great care of our family throughout our stay. Her warmth, professionalism and genuine attention to detail really stood out and helped make our holiday even more memorable. Our daughter absolutely loved the Heroes Club, and knowing she was happy, having fun and being so well looked after meant we could completely relax and enjoy our holiday too. The childcare team clearly put a huge amount of care and energy into making the children’s experience special. This level of personal service is one of the things that makes Ikos Andalusia such a special place for families. We left with some wonderful memories and would happily return. A huge thank you to Maria and the entire Heroes Club team for helping make our stay so special. We hope to see you all again soon!
