We love Majorca and this is our third time in as many years visiting the island, the first visiting this hotel on the recommendation of a family member. First the good - * Location is excellent, right on the edge of a beautiful beach! * Rooms are incredibly clean. * Air Conditioning in one of our rooms was icy cold - the other was warmer but still did the job. * Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. * The pools are great and lovely and warm. * It did not feel crowded around the pool, lots of space between sun loungers, and lots of parasols (as long as you are up early) * The entertainment team worked hard, we particularly like Cillian! * Lots of seating available for the evening entertainment. * We had an issue with a broken charger, and the hotel ordered a new one straight away. * A good variety of food that was hot and replenished regularly. * Slush Puppy machine for the kids to help themselves. * Ice cold water tap in the pool bar to refill water bottles. * Lovely pizzas and ice creams available all day. * Coffee machines available for early morning coffees. The not so good - * During our first few days, English guests were very much in the minority, which personally made a massive difference to my enjoyment of the experience. This is not the hotels fault, however, It must be a cultural thing to not appear to have any social awareness, not smile at each other, not say thank you and generally come across as quite rude - I found it quite intimidating if i'm honest. Thankfully as the week went on, more English arrived which helped balance out the atmosphere (in my opinion) and we made friends with a lovely family. * Both myself and my husband lost a day due to upset stomachs on different days. The family we met had also been unwell. The timings suggest that this was not the hotels fault and it was not food poisoning, but more likely a stomach bug going around. The hotel is very clean and there are hand sanitisers everywhere - it's a shame some people don't use them. * Compared to other hotels we have stayed in, we felt the entertainment was not as great. The animation team tried their best, but felt there wasn't much going on if you didn't want to do aqua gym / water polo or water carpet etc. Rifle shooting and Archery were good, but they should be a daily event, not just a couple of times a week. The same with the children's entertainment - really it should be a mini disco every night to bridge the gap from dinner to the main entertainment starting at 10pm. Face painting isn't engaging for them really... The Beatles tribute was amazing! They were so good! * The restaurant layout was ridiculous. In the evenings there is about 200 people queuing to get in at 7pm which results in immediate queues at the hot buffet - not a problem. But then if you want salad with your dinner, you have to go through a very narrow section, right past the entrance, to the other side of the restaurant. Then back through the narrow section to get to your seat. The bread selection is wonderful - but the butter is back through the narrow section to the cold food area. Please put the butter with the bread! The food is good and caters to all nationalities. I just feel it could be laid out better. For example, put all the simple food in one section at the end, it would help with the congestion if kids could just go to one section and get the chips, fish fingers etc. * Maybe the staff in the restaurant are used to being treated poorly by guests, but they were not happy or smiling at all. At times I felt a bit of an inconvenience to them :( * Would love bigger glasses in the restaurant for drinks, again it would help with congestion if people could have a full glass of water with dinner rather than a tiny glass that holds 3 mouth fulls. * The queue at the bar in the evening was unacceptable. You needed another 2 people serving at least. They are working hard, but when people order cocktails, you suddenly have 15-20 people in the queue. You are gone for 20 minutes at a time when you want a drink which is poor. * Like everywhere, you do need to be up fairly early to secure 'prime position' sunbeds - but you don't have to! We were travelling with younger children, so needed to be front row near the shallow end - 7am was early enough to get these with parasols. The sunbeds are unlocked at 9am and there are still more than enough to go round at 9.30am when the pool opens. People are coming and going all day, so always sunbeds opening up next to the pool. If you are not fussed on being poolside - there is a large garden area which always had lots of spare beds all day. * For both rooms, we had to visit reception at least once a day to have the card reset which is frustrating especially as the lifts are quite slow and you don;t know they don't work until you have gone to your room with all your things! They tell you not to keep them by your phone, or other cards - but even with those precautions - it was a daily occurrence that was really annoying and something i've never experienced elsewhere. All in all, there are lots of pros to this hotel and we had a great week - however for me, there could be some easy fixes that the hotel could implement that would take it from a 3* experience to a 5* experience. With some tweaks, we would definitely visit again, but currently - i'm not so sure compared to what other hotels offer - I'll be interested to read more reviews in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Globales America. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking sea views and direct access to a lovely beach. The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for enjoying a few days of sunshine, swimming and simply disconnecting from everyday life. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and exactly the kind of place we needed for a relaxing holiday with friends. Mallorca is already beautiful, but waking up to those views made our stay even more special. 🌊☀️💙
The location was perfect. The hotel was very clean and tidy and a good variety of food. The entertainment staff, bar staff and lifeguard were all exceptional friendly and made time to speak and interact with us!
Me and my partner have just came back from a week stay here and overall it is your very averaged all inclusive hotel with lots of positives but also lots of negatives. The hotel is in a stunning location with a beautiful view of the sea which is only a very short walk as the hotel is situated right on the beach. Our room also had a lovely sea view which we didn’t even book so we got very lucky with that but I think the majority of the rooms are sea view anyway which is a bonus. The only problem with the location is there is not much to dk outside of the hotel. There are a few supermarkets and restaurants as well as place where u can book boat trips rent a car however there isn’t many excursions or big activities to do without them being miles away from the hotel. It’s like a little village with not so much to do. Me and my partner really enjoyed eating out at restaurants especially the Martellini beach club where we ate almost every night as the food was outstanding and the sea view from the resturant was insane. We found the food in the hotel quite bland and first time we ate at the hotel on the evening my partner got sick from it pretty sure it may have been the meat being undercooked so we avoided eating on the evening in the hotel. The breakfast and lunch was okay just very basic just really like your average all inclusive food. Moreover, we thought that the drinks in the hotel were great there was a mixture to choose from and there were options to pay for cocktails which were 100% worth the money and I would definitely recommend. We found that the members of staff specifically at reception were not very welcoming as they come across quite passive aggressive and not very helpful and the fact that the reception would always be chaos and so busy did not help either. When we arrived on the evening we were waiting 20 minutes to get spoken to by them and once it was finally our turn they was not welcoming what so ever hardly told us where anything was and did not explain where our room was properly so we had to go find someone to help us. There was one young girl though who every time when we went to reception she seemed like she was always happy to help unlike the rest of them. When we did eventually get to our room everything was great air con worked good and it was spotless we couldn’t fault that what so ever. All bar staff were quite friendly and had quick service giving you your drinks which was good. Entertainment staff were all great they always tried to make the evenings and during the day enjoyable for everyone which we thought was nice and they always had smiles on there faces and did a great job throughout. Around the hotel there is a photographer who comes round known and again called Stefan I believe his name was and he was absolutely brilliant so funny and so kind he took amazing photos of me and my partner which if you wanted you did have to pay for but they come out amazing and he really takes pride and puts effort into taking them. However, a couple things we found a little bizarre was firstly the sun beds. They would be locked up every morning until around 9am and once they got unlocked you had to carry them your self baring in mind they weren’t light and you have to drag them to where you wanted them when usually sun beds are just around pools for you to just claim but not at this hotel. Another thing was the tokens with drinks. When you would like a drink they have a token system where you exchange your token for a cup and you have to bring your cup back once you’ve drank your drink to get another drink.I think this is just laziness and very different but it was not a major issue at all we have just never been to a hotel that has had something like that before. Overall, we did have a great holiday it’s just a hotel with lots of pros and cons. We wouldn’t rush back but we still had a very enjoyable stay and we won’t forget it.
