Globales Cala Viñas

Wow if I could I would give this place a ten! Came back here for a second time from three years ago. From the moment we walked in we headed to the cave, met this guy called Pierre. From the minute we met we knew that he was the one. So friendly, welcoming and full of excitement. Then the following days along came Daniel. Both Pierre and Daniel and also Salma went above expectations of providing not only entertainment for the days for guests but also the evening shows too. All of them a real asset to your team. If I ever come back again I want to see all three of them here when I come! Thank you guys you were all exceptional

Gosh i do not understand how people complain about this hotel! Its very clean, the staff are friendly, entertainment, reasonable priced drinks and a stunning view as the hotel is above the beautiful Mediterranean sea. The water is clear, you can swim safely. A few bars outside and 10 minutes walk to the bus stop. 20 mins walk takes you to Magaluf. The pool was relaxing, a big swimming terrace and always plenty of room. Matilda the hotel manager was always around and always asked us how we were enjoying ourselves. Edwin jumped to our rescue one evening when there were no glasses for drinks, he heard me tell my husband and shot off to the kitchen returning with a trolley of glasses, he then noticed the sangria was running out so sorted that also. Thank you. The restaurant staff were always friendly and happy, thank you Ricardo and Claudia. It was our wedding anniversary and we had a bottle of bubbly sent to our room which was very thoughtful. All in all it was an absolute pleasure.

We have stayed here a number of times and I can't speak highly enough of the hotel, its facilities and its location. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, the food is good quality and the staff are professional and welcoming.

Hotel lovely clean, the staff very friendly hard working animation team were amazing work very hard and very friendly food excellent tui rep William very informative more so than than staff on front desk as when we arrived to check in we were told our room number nothing else thought there would be information in room telling us what facilities were on offer and where were were given blue disc but not told what there were for later found out they were to get drink from bar and return cups to get disc back . We also payed for vip wasn’t told about access to roof terrace until another guest told us two days into our holiday very poor communication at front desk but all in all great holiday

Really lovely place, great atmosphere, very clean, comfortable rooms. Food is a bit meh but it does the job, probably more down to me not being into buffets. Entertainment is a bit of fun, especially when Daniel is running it, he creates a great vibe, remembers everyone’s name and keeps the atmosphere going. Swimming pool and Sea access is good, we used a lot. Short bus transfer over, luckily we were the 2nd to get off. Good value considering it was all inclusive. Would recommend to most. Thanks guys
