Lovely hotel , great atmosphere, Great entertainment staff ( especially Daniel) lovely all around.. we will be back!

First of all I want to say a huge thank you to DANIEL!!! He made our holiday so special and enjoyable with his amazing attitude towards the guests and his entertainment. It was the cherry on top of our holiday! As a young couple from the uk who love sports and games he was the perfect man for us to have, from darts on the stage to volleyball in the pool we loved it. The banter with him is endless and he remembers everybody! The hotel and staff themselves were also amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a cleaner and welcoming hotel! Would definitely come back again to do more just with Daniel!

Amazing views but is in the middle of no where not much locally but okay if you just want to relax. There is a local bus stop that takes you into magaluf, palm nova, puerto portals and Palma and has great air con and clean. Hotel cave bar is great and enjoyed the entertainment but have to get there early to get a seat. Animation team are very nice and funny but would be great to have more activities in daytime. Was disappointed having to queue all the time for drink and food around the pool ans only having one very small bar for the whole hotel. Trying to get a taxi in the evening was a pain as waited nearly and hour.

Having joined a facebook group for this hotel a few weeks before we arrived, I was very dubious after reading some terrible things. However, we were pleasantly suprised when we arrived. The reception area is a lovely bright area with the lobby bar on one side and the restaurant on the other. We were checked in quickly and given our card keys. The room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space. The balcony faced the beautiful bay and pool below. The bed linen and towels were of good quality and we also had dressing gowns and slippers in the cupboard.We had upgraded to VIP at the time of booking but to be honest, it really isnt necessary unless you prefer to have complete peace and quiet. Yes, there are no queues at the bar, and there are always sunbeds but there is only a tiny plunge pool and it is on the 5th floor so if you want to get a snack and have a swim in the sea, you have to go down five floors. We only went up there once and spent the rest our week round the main pool. We never went down before 9.30 and there was always plenty of sunbeds. There is direct access to the sea and a snack bar and bar. The queues did sometimes get a bit long for drinks but we just waited until it had gone down. The pool is very clean and there is a lifeguard on duty all the time. The food was, in my opinion, up there with the best food I have had in an AI hotel and I have stayed in some amazing hotels. There was always plenty of choice, it was fresh and hot and the staff were very hard working in clearing tables and ensuring there was always a table free whatever time we went to dinner. The wine was drinkable but on a self service tap. The entertainment was very good with something different each night. There was bingo every night at 9.30 and then the main entertainment came on. We had a Bruno Mars and friends band, a silent disco (which was hilarious) and a flamenco night. All the main entertainment is in the cave bar which does get extremely hot at the front. We always tried to sit outside the cave opening where it was cooler. There is also low key entertainment in the lobby bar like a saxophonist or violinist. The absolute stars of the hotel are the animation team - Daniel and Danni. They are both amazing and worked so hard to make sure everyone had a good time. Daniel always made time for a chat and made us feel really valued. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely return.

The hotel in amazing place. The rooms should be more comfortable in such hotel, but the bathroom, all services and the personel was great.
