Globales Isabel

This is a fantastic hotel, this is a Jet2 3 * plus, however it was better than 5* hotels we've been to in the past that weren't bad. A special mention to Alex and the animation team, once again Alex is the best we've ever had. The food is excellent, very good quality with a good variety. The drinks were fairly standard for an all inclusive. The rooms are spacious and clean, as was the whole hotel. All the staff were nice and helpful. The location is quite but a 15 minutes walk to lot's of bars and restaurants. We could always find sunbeds at any time of day However points for improvement or concern. The cocktails are pre-made and sat out in the heat, so an ice cube doesn't stop the cocktails being warn, just put them in a fridge. The pool is deep my partner is 5'4" but was out of her depth after only 1m from the steps, so good for swimming but not for games or just standing around. The new owners are making little changes and having talked to people who have been many times before I hope that any further changes don't spoil this fantastic hotel.

We’ve just returned home from a week’s holiday where we stayed at the Globales Isabel. This was our first time visiting the apartments and overall we had a very pleasant experience. We were allocated a ground floor room which was ideal for us, having 2 young children and a double buggy. All areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained. We done bed & breakfast as I prefer to go out in the evening and explore nearby restaurants. The breakfast was lovely, they had a great selection! We often opted for a fry up every morning with a few pastries etc on the side which kept us going. Although there wasn’t a huge amount of entertainment for the children, the staff were honestly amazing with our girls and they had the best time (a special mention to Jessica and Kris who my girls absolutely loved and will massively miss). We used the complimentary shuttle bus down to the beach once , a great addition as the beach is of a distance to walk. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and would most definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

Our family of 4 just spent a week here on an all inclusive basis, this is our 5th visit to this hotel. It is a nice clean hotel in a quiet location only a short walk from shops/beach. We have seen it transition from Ferrer to Caprice and now Globales. The atmosphere at the hotel is very good , all the hotel staff were lovely, special mention to Fabian & Jessica from the bar and Alex from the entertainment team. Regarding the food, the breakfast and lunch were decent, but there needs to be a greater variety of meat for the evening meal, pork was the main staple. I’d like to see some joints of beef for example, there needs to be an improvement here. The draught Mahou beer at the bar was a good drink served in 1/2s and spirits including soft drinks were also good. Prepared ready mixed cocktails were included in the all inclusive option, freshly mixed cocktails were chargeable. Slight change to drinks this year as you were limited to 2 drinks per person for each bar visit, but not a big deal. Also there was a blue counter exchange system ( which I didn’t quite understand) for bringing pool side plastic tumblers back to the bar. There are some really lovely people that come back here again and again. The great part of this hotel is the atmosphere generated not just by the guests themselves but by Alex, he has a number of fun activities throughout the day that helps people to get to know each other such as killer pool, darts, table tennis, French bowls, Dutch shuffleboard and other activities. The winners are presented with a certificate each night, all good fun, win or lose. There is Bingo and Karaoke at various times in the week in the evening but only a few professional acts. Alex is brilliant and makes the holiday for many, he is great with my autistic son Sean as were the bar staff and other hotel guests. We had a great holiday and will go to Isabel Globales again.

This was our fourth visit and as usual it didn’t disappoint. All the staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming and we know that the minute we arrive we will be relaxed and having an amazing time. The hotel is spotlessly clean the cleaning staff work so hard and always have a smile and a cheery greeting whenever you see them. The staff on reception, the bar staff, the dining room staff and entertainment staff are fabulous, working hard and always helpful and making sure you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Food is plentiful and always something to suit every taste, plenty of sunbeds and activities during the day to join in with if you want to. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean so everything you need for a relaxing time. An easy walk into Cala bona or hop on the shuttle bus from outside the hotel into Cala Millor which runs six days a week and is perfect for a beach trip. Plenty of returning guests so that says it all. Can’t wait for our fifth trip to this wonderful, relaxing hotel.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly helpful staff we had a lovely time and for a 3 star it was value for money. My only issue would be the snack bar only have the same cheese and ham sandwiches every day cakes biscuits but plenty of fruit . Could have had a better choice of drinks but the snack bar and soft drinks are 24hr so was OK. Food was great we were all inclusive and had plenty of choice every day fir every meal . The pool area is small so we used thd beach everyday with the free shuttle bus , walking was too much . Yes I would go again but best suited for short breaks we done 5 nights and it was perfect.
