This was a short break with my granddaughter for her 16th birthday Hotel is situated well, walking distance of all thw shops/bars restaurants. There is a bus stop directly outside hotel gates that will take you to other locations on the island, we travelled to Porto cristo for the day. Calla millor beach is outstanding. Hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere and its friendly. Room was generous in size plenty of wardrobe space, beds were comfortable but pillows could do with an upgrade. Very clean, nice white bedding and towels. Dining room small but we always found a table and never queued, staff were helpful and friendly. Food was generally good, bit repetitive but always found something to eat. Bar drinks let it down. Cocktails were awful and if you wanted a proper cocktail you had to pay. On the plus side they did do prosecco/spirits Pool can get a bit crowded when its busy as its only small and when people use floats it can get a bit too much. The steps out of the pool need attention very unsafe and the poolside toilets need updating. Snack buffet poor, melon, dried bread sandwiches and some dry biscuits. Not great. I would rate this hotel a 3 star but great if you want good location and somewhere clean and comfortable 3.5/5

Could not recommend this hotel enough, had an amazing experience all staff was lovely. Also had amazing entertainer Alex and amazing bartenders Fabian, Ahmed and Jessica all lovely and made u extremely welcome and comfortable amazing team. Food was amazing couldn’t ask for much more would definitely go again.

i had a lovely holiday thanks to people like alex, fabian, Ahmed and the hole staff and team. Food was great, cleanliness was fab and overall the staff are very nice people and i will definitely be coming back as they made my holiday.

This was our second year staying at this hotel, after having such a fantastic holiday the year before that we decided to return — and once again, we were not disappointed! The hotel is in a great location. It’s peaceful and quiet, but still close to everything you could want, including the bars, restaurants, shops and harbour. It’s the perfect balance between being able to relax and having everything within easy reach. From the moment we walked through the doors , staff remembered us and welcomed us back and could not do enough for us. the hotel was clean and nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention to to Ricardo on reception, who was incredibly helpful, friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was lovely and spacious and there was four of in there,, and didn't need anymore as they were only used to sleep in and get ready in an evening. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need for a relaxing stay, even to the point we asked for another mattress on top of the one we had to make it more comfortable and they were in it straight away. The restaurant had a great selection of food, with plenty of variety for everyone. The meat and fish which were cooked fresh on the grill every night. All the restaurant staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to have a chat you. bar staff were amazing too — really pleasant, friendly and always had a smile on there faces and had a laugh with you. The pool and sunbed area was clean and well maintained. big bonus was that there was no rush for sunbeds no sunbed wars! It made mornings so much more relaxed. The animation team were fantastic once again. There was always plenty going on for anyone who wanted to get involved, and Alex and his team were full of enthusiasm and made a real effort to get everyone involved while keeping the atmosphere fun. A massive thank you to all the staff who helped make our second stay just as enjoyable as the first — James, Alex, Fabian, Amed (Casimero), Jessica, Ricardo, Kris, Cecilia, and all the other staff, including the cleaners. You all work incredibly hard, and it really does show. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere are a huge part of what makes this hotel so special. We loved our first holiday here so much that we came back for a second year, and we’re so glad we did. ❤️ Thank you all for another fantastic holiday. Love this hotel. Have been 6 times altogether, but 4 years consecutively . It’s a small hotel, which I like. Very friendly and chilled. Food and drink are great, lots of choice and the soups are amazing. They have themed days with the food, eg Mexican etc… but that is just one section. Never really a queue at the bar, maybe one or two people in front of you. Seating area outside is nice….. just watch those holes in the pattern on the chairs…. You can end up with a spot suntan 🤣🤣 The entertainment during the day is good , pool, darts, water polo, shooting, archery etc…. Always something to do. Alex and his team are great fun and engaging. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to Cala Millor , which is handy and free. This can get quite busy when it first starts and the last one back though. All the drivers are friendly and accommodating. No rush for sunbeds at all, you can come down at 11 am and still get them!… there was two piles that weren’t even used , the whole time we were there. The pool does get deep quickly, but has got a separate children’s pool area & yes you can have inflatables. Big shout out to Ricardo, Jessica, Ahmed, Fabian , James, Alex. Cecelia and Kris all great and friendly people. All the staff were friendly but the above went above and beyond…. Thanks guys. Will be back 😝
