Arrived late at night and from around 3am was kept awake with drilling coming from downstairs. I spoke to reception in the morning, who reassured me it must have just been guests checking out overnight. Then when I went downstairs to breakfast, I found there to be a number of doors leaned against the wall that had been taken off the hinges during the night - which proved my theory to be correct. In addition to this, the hotel rooms walls are paper thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, pack some ear plugs! The pool and terrace area are nice and mostly clean, with generally plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available throughout the day. The all inclusive drinks are a load of rubbish. Very basic options and only 5 cocktail options, of which are pre-made, luke warm and taste awful. Speaking of Luke warm, the food is never hot. If you like eating hake or pork, then you’re going to love it as that was offered for every lunchtime and evening meal. The cold buffet and puddings were good, but the hot food was greasy, full of oil and contained meat that was either 90% bone or fat. My double room with a pool view did not in fact give a pool view at all. This was disputed with the hotel, but they insisted that it was a pool view (see photos and make your own mind up). Photos also demonstrate the worn down rooms that are in need of some refurbishment and TLC. The shower also leaked every time, no matter how I angled the shower head or lowered the water flow. The entertainment was very hit and miss. There was a weekly entertainment schedule for daytime and evening, but half the time it changed without explanation or they just didn’t bother to do it at all. Very disappointing when there’s not a lot else going on in the area. If you are physically fit, a walk into Can Picafort is a great place to explore and have a drink or two, particularly on a Friday when they have a market. Overall, the hotel is so far off of a 4 star rating. It is a 3 star at best. Very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend or return.

Lovely hotel right near the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and entertainment. Our room had a lovely view of the sea. We enjoyed the interaction of the Animation team, both Michel and Moises were very friendly and approachable. Brilliant value for money.

Location is a good walk from the main areas and the harbour. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Majority of staff are really friendly. We went all-inclusive plus which would give branded drinks. The hotel has just been taken over by Globales, previously Caprice so we had an issue with what drinks were available and no one really new as AI Plus was new. Eventually we met with the hotel manager, Eric and told him of the dissatisfaction so far with the drinks. He then clarified that we were entitled to any drinks on the drinks menu and would inform all of the staff. This was done and all branded drinks like Absolut Vodka, Jameson's Whiskey, etc were served. Bottled water was also included. We wanted a safe and for our 11 days was to cost 64 euro which we declined as that was ridiculous. Safes today should be free and built into the hotel pricing. Then it comes to the food!!!!! Luke warm at its best, not good. Some of the food looked lovely, but very disappointing and no hot plates. Not even a microwave is available to heat things up. Food also catering for Germans, sad to say. Would we go back, No due to the location and food.

First time staying in this hotel and everything was fantastic from start to finish. From the rooms to the food 5*. The staff work so hard, every member of the team from cleaners, servers, cooks to entertainment team. Big shout out to Abel, Michel and Moises who made our stay unforgettable. Would recommend to everyone.

Moises and Michel are absolutely fantastic. They need a raise!! Totally top class. Lovely people. Kept us entertained the whole trip!!!
