We chose this hotel because it advertises air-conditioning. There isn’t any air-conditioning in the rooms at this hotel. They sent a maintenance man to look at it, who said it was working, then brought us 3 fans for the room, ( which blew hot air around the room ). All windows and doors stayed closed for our full stay so that wasn’t the cause of it not working. After the 2nd night of 14, we wanted to come home as the heat was unbearable, it spoiled our holiday. We stayed self catering and couldn’t put the hob on because of the heat in the room. We paid for air-con and didn’t get it. The pool wasn’t clean and very deep and also , there is no light on the balcony.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nova Apartments, where we spent the last week of July and into August. From the moment we arrived, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily return. The location was excellent, with everything you could need right on your doorstep. The staff were also superb and really helped make our stay special. A special shout-out to Diego, the lifeguard, Maria, and the lovely lady on reception — unfortunately, we didn't catch her name! Our twin boys and 8-year-old daughter had the absolute time of their lives and didn't want to leave, which says everything! The pool and facilities were perfect for keeping the kids entertained. We stayed in Room 14, which was ideal for our family. Being on a lower level was really convenient with the kids, while still giving us fantastic views over the pool and out towards the sea. The only downside for us was the air conditioning, which wasn't quite as effective as we'd hoped. However, the fans provided by the apartments definitely helped. Overall, we had a brilliant family holiday and made some fantastic memories. The location, staff and family-friendly atmosphere really stood out. We would definitely recommend Nova Apartments and would love to come back!

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for 10 days, firstly the location is impeccable just a few minutes walk from the beach and all the spars but unfortunately the aircon is a bit rubbish as we could hardly feel it on all holiday in the end we had to get a fan from reception and the indoor pool is freezing but once you get used to it then it is really refreshing. Rooms are very dated but are functional and have everything you need beds are also comfortable except for the sofa bed which was rock hard. Also we witnessed 2 ladies fighting over a subbed so you will need to set them early alarms so you can claim a sunbed fast as there are not a lot and also they are very cramped. All in all a great holiday and me and my family would return.

Locations of the hotel is fantastic. Poolside bar prices very reasonable and the staff at this bar are Fabulous. The rooms are in desperate need of updating the beds are so uncomfortable. The air Con in this hotel is basically non existent. There were ants everywhere in our room especially all around the kitchen sink. The front of the fridge door was all black wherethe surface was scraping off. The inside Pool was fantastic, nice and clean and was lovely and cool and refreshing. Nowhere the outside pool was very disappointing it was always warm so not refreshing at all in the high temperatures. The pool Water always seemed dirty. All in all this hotel is a great location and if it was to have a refurbishment and get a much needed update then I believe it would be great. I personally would not return unless this happened

No air con so given fans Got stuck im bedroom for half hour and then the door handle fell off when we got out and unable to access Was give a card to pick the lock so this must happen often He couldnt access so said keep trying Shocking Bathroom mold round taps Half the plug sockets dont work in the rooms No balcony light Wouldnt recommend
