Second solo , last year palmanova fantastic this dreadful, no coffee station no water station , all very dated , pool area no tables too put anything on so if you have drink it gets put on the grass . Banging all night , first night i thought someone was in my room as it was so close . I needed my water bottle filled which the bar does it for you , guy filled it then said “ lady next time don’t come till 10am that’s when it opens “ hello there is no opening time for dehydration mate ! Food was always cold and same thing every dinner , lived on the sweet stuff for my 10 days here plus an ant family in my room , nothing on at night so it was like no personality which I found very hard . I will give a shout out to Dora at the front desk who was nice and a couple of chaps in the dining area but not the guy behind bar . My advice stay home rather than come here !

Amazing hotel, food fantastic, staff really friendly, entertainment staff were brilliant and so welcoming. This hotel is located in an excellent position close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rooms are worn and dated, and the bathroom is tiny and old. The food is extremely monotonous and of low quality, with a very limited choice of dishes. The meat (including fish) was overcooked and dried out, while the side dishes were boring, always the same and lacking variety. The pizza was cold and as hard as the sole of an old shoe. The chicken breast was as tough as stale bread. Overall, the quality of the food was honestly closer to half a star than to a proper hotel standard. The hotel is in a good tourist area, close to the beach, although the beach itself is not particularly impressive by Mallorca standards. There is an excellent bus connection to the airport, which is especially convenient if you do not want to rent a car. IMPORTANT: With the “half board” option, alcoholic drinks served with dinner are not included and have to be paid for separately at the bar in the restaurant. Unfortunately, this information is not clearly stated when booking this option, so guests only find out about the additional charge once they are already in the restaurant and have a glass in their hand. This is genuinely SHAMEFUL. TUI Poland does not clearly disclose in its offer the fact that alcoholic drinks with the ‘half board’ option are subject to additional charges.
