I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5. We arrived late in the evening and the first gentleman on reception was very friendly and welcoming, which gave us a good first impression. The rooms are quite small, but they were clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Breakfast was okay—nothing particularly special, but there was enough choice, and the restaurant itself was clean and tidy. One thing to be aware of if you're hiring a car is the parking. It is extremely difficult to find a space near the hotel. We spent around 30 minutes driving around looking for somewhere to park, so it's worth keeping this in mind before booking. Unfortunately, our holiday took a very upsetting turn when all of our belongings were stolen from us at the beach, including our phones, money, bank cards, passports, and even our room keys. As we hadn't booked a package holiday, we had to organize everything ourselves, including reporting the theft, arranging replacement documents, and finding flights back to the UK. We informed reception immediately, explained what had happened, and asked for directions to the local police station. Sadly, the response from the reception staff was incredibly disappointing. Despite knowing we had just been robbed and had absolutely nothing with us, they showed very little empathy. We were visibly distressed, yet they didn't even offer us something as simple as a glass of water. To make matters worse, they were reluctant to let us use the hotel phone to make a brief call to the UK to seek assistance. I had to literally beg just to make a 30-second phone call, despite explaining our situation. I also asked if I could use the hotel computer for just a few minutes to check flights back to the UK, as we needed to get home as soon as possible. The receptionist refused, saying it was against hotel policy and that she couldn't help because "her shift had finished and her last bus was in five minutes." While I appreciate that staff have policies to follow and personal commitments, the complete lack of compassion shown during what was an emergency was extremely disappointing. As a result of both the theft and the lack of support from the hotel, we decided not to continue our stay and checked out immediately. I completely understand that hotels have rules and procedures, but when guests have just been the victims of a crime and have been left with no money, phones or belongings, a little kindness and assistance can make all the difference. We felt completely unsupported during one of the most stressful situations we've ever experienced. Overall, the hotel itself is clean, the rooms are adequate, and the breakfast is acceptable. However, the poor customer service shown by the reception staff during a genuine emergency means I cannot recommend staying here. There are much better hotels in the area offering larger rooms, better pool facilities, and better overall value for the same price.
The pool is stinky and dirty my room had bugs and ants in it and when we asked them to change the room they lied said they didnt have available rooms and ,,cleaned it’’ And they said its normal for them to be there barely anyone speaking english some very rude location is not bad quite close to the beach noise is drunk people screaming all inclusive and you dont get water at dinner it costs money you have to pay but the morning it doesnt
We had a wonderful time. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice. The rooms were clean and tidied every day.
We love this hotel. We have stayed many times. The staff are great, the location is hard to beat, just a short still to the beach and the focus of the resorts nightlife. Fabulous sea and coastal views. The variety of breakfast foods means breakfast is a multi course dining pleasure. I cannot recommend it more strongly and I'm looking forward to staying there again later this year.
