Hotel was excellent fantastic location walking distance to beach shops restaurants bars etc rooms were great had walk in shower hair dryer in bathroom comfortable beds rooms cleaned every day great balcony space as on 1st floor so extra bit of outside space pool is lovely no fighting for sun beds as extra sun terraces available food options were very good lots of choice including vegan staff were friendly and very helpful would definitely recommend hotel

Hotel nice and clean but lacking things in reception area whole space down the end with just seats wasted space,only one girl on reception and older man at bar where pleasant and nice others couldn’t give us time of day very rude,rooms nice but not 4star no coffee making facilities we did end up asking for kettle and cups they wouldn’t give us tea or sugar so got that ourselves plenty of spar shops around,twice had too ask reception for towels they tell you on a card if you want them changed leave on floor done that but never got clean ones,as for breakfast plenty of choice but hot food always cold as was coffee out of machine asked for hot water for making tea that was tepid,so we didn’t bother with the breakfast in the end, best bet eat out down by the sea good food hot and reasonably priced,if you don’t like noise don’t book here every night until 3.45 in the morning loud music booming,also they don’t have easyJet rep you can get hold of.won’t stay at a grouptel hotel again

Overall a very good experience, cleanliness was very good. Rooms adequate, although if your at the rear of the building you are subjected to loud music at times while on your balcony. Service around the pool was excellent and the amenities were ample and good. Location was ideal, short walk to the restuarants and beech.

We had a wonderful holiday. Bar staff, reception staff, breakfast excellent. We highly recommend it. The amazing beach is nearby the hotel. The hotel is in the heart of Can Picafort. Thank you for everything. We would definitely stay again.

The rooms are spotlessly clean, cleaned daily. The hotel is in the heart of Can Picafort. The beach is 300 meters away, and there are numerous bars and restaurants nearby.
