Hipotels Cala Millor Park Hotel

Just returned from our second time at this hotel, another amazing stay. We were upgraded to the most beautiful room after the airline lost my case, which had a stunning view. The food again was beautiful, we did find there to be a lot more pork based evening meals this year but there was still always plenty of other options. Breakfast was always such a good selection too. Staff as always are so friendly and pleasant. The pool area was obviously busy with it being August but we could still find plenty of sunbeds even in the afternoon, the pool is also such a good size when its busy you can still have a lovely swim. Room was cleaned everyday by such a friendly maid who did a great job! Location is second to none here, you have the beach within 2 mins, shops and bars across the road and the bus/taxi stops are also right outside if you wish to go anywhere. We will 100% be going back next year for our 3rd stay! Highly recommend :)

Just returned from another great holiday here. So many positives which is the reason we return every year. The hotel is clean and modern, located just a few minutes walk from the beach and main street with lots of bars and shops, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with nice options like a pillow menu and a form to select preferred cleaning times. Plenty of storage space. We were grateful to have requested a room in a specific part of the hotel and been given it. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds with no morning rush to reserve them (some are still available mid morning). There are parasols between every 2 sunbeds (they are fixed though and can't be moved so if you're in a family/group of an odd number and are sharing with another family/group it can be awkward if one wants it up for shade but the other wants the sun). Inflatables and balls are allowed in the pool and although there were lots being used the pool never felt too full or crowded. The pool bar snacks which we used for lunch are very good with choices of sandwiches, burgers, pizza, chips, nachos, nuggets, onion rings, fruit and icecreams. The main restaurant food was also good overall at breakfast and evenings. The alcoholic drinks on all inclusive are not branded but were good. It was nice to have the option to sit at the outdoor bar at the front of the hotel as well as around the pool bar. My reasons for not giving a rating of 5 are: - There is only a small area under a canopy for eating lunch at the pool bar which is shaded and people are constantly smoking there which is unpleasant. Separate shaded smoking and non smoking areas would be fairer for those who do not want to breathe in others' smoke. - The queuing system at the pool bar is frustrating. You have to queue in 3 separate queues for drinks, snacks/food or icecreams. So if you want to get a drink, an icecream and a slice of pizza you have to queue 3 times, only to be served by the same staff 3 times separately. Doing this repeatedly over a week becomes annoying. - The food in the main restaurant at evening meals between 8 and 9 when we liked to eat was not replenished often enough, or sometimes not at all (e.g. joints of meat which are sliced by the chef, some of the nicer cakes or strawberries for the chocolate fountain) meaning guests who liked to eat later didn't get the same choice as those who ate earlier. Overall this is a very good hotel where we've always had lovely holidays and will continue to return.

Beautiful hotel,very clean,staff very friendly.Food was great.Our cleaning lady Eliawa was extremely friendly.The barman George(l belive that is the English name) worked very hard and always had time for a chat. POOL was very good.Went as adult family of 9 and everyone had a fabulous time.Well done to all the staff.

What a fabulous hotel. Rooms ready on arrival. Very clean hotel. Rooms are huge with lots of storage space. We were given a suite which is massive. Lovely Seaview. 2 mins from beach , which is fabulous tho sunbeds are hard to get so you do really need to reserve these with a towel!! The pool is big and plenty of space to play ball. No need to reserve sunbeds by pool as always get one. Restaurant fantastic,lots of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is set up in booths of say 8 tables or so, so you feel like you are in a restaurant as opposed to a canteen as with other AI I've stayed in. Snack bar is great, lots of choice, burgers, pizza, chips, baguette, nachos, yoghurt, cakes! Slush, icecreams! Animation team are good and not pushy at all. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful especially barman Jorges. Reception are helpful. Drinks are nice, wine, sangria and beer very good. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Fab resort and fantastic hotel. Definitely would come back here.

Location great, pool area great but restaurant not so good. Although it is open 6.30 to 9 in the evening, if you went in after 8 pm you find that dishes were not being replenished . The quality of the food, ok n our opinion, was not 4 star, 3 at best Staff were working under intense pressure and were always polite and friendly, but it was not a relaxing atmosphere.
