HM Alma Beach - Adults Only

This holiday has a sweet place in our heart because it is a wonderful hotel with all the facilities we needed to feel comfortable, making our stay wonderful and every aspect of this place has met our family's needs. Such a clean interior and exterior, always managed with care for others and more than a place for paying for such fantastic services. I find Alma Beach Hotel after staying so special. Caring and wonderful people and staff at the same time! We left with joy and enthusiasm to come back!

We had a fantastic time at Alma Beach. The location is brilliant, with a lovely atmosphere and the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beach. The staff were fantastic and really made our experience special. A special mention to Javi, Louis and Sergi, who were all brilliant — so friendly, attentive and always happy to help. They really couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel so welcome. It is a shame that some of the staff we have met on previous visits have moved on, especially Augustine, Valentine and Franco. They were all such lovely people and a big part of what made our previous experiences at Alma Beach so special. ❤️ Alma Beach has such a great team and atmosphere, and we really hope to be back again. ☀️🌴🍹

Overall very happy and I would return again without hesitation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. (special mention to Jose and Noe) Hotel was clean and close to everything that you need. Air con was very good. Wifi good if patchy in places but free so no complaints. Being close to the airport may or may not suit everyone. For me it was a bonus. Your mileage may vary. Did not affect my sleep. The refreshing iced mint, lemon, lime, cucumber water was a nice touch in reception. Not a complaint just an observation. But cannot help wondering if more could be done with the space on the roof top pool area. I expected this to be a busy area of an evening but hardly anyone there. I wonder if due to lack of tables and chairs. I accept storage may be an issue during the day but just feel it could be better used. Although the bed and the room in general was comfortable with a good mini fridge and nice shower. The bathroom layout just seemed a bit odd. This is a design layout issue and nothing the staff can do anything about. But the layout did not provide for a loo roll holder and the brush was not ideally placed. Small things and not the staffs fault just slightly irritating. Stayed on a half board basis and would say represented good value. Had intended to eat out a few nights but ended up eating in every night. 6 out of the 7 nights was very good. Will I be back? Yes.

Not even the baggage fit inside the room. We also had blood stains on the bed.The breakfast was good.

The stay me and my wife had was good in all areas except the breakfast. The range of food on the breakfast was very good but wasn't warm especially the beans every day and the cereal didn't seem very fresh, the orange juice was very weak making it undrinkable, but over all enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again
