Iberostar Selection Jardin del Sol Suites

We are staying at the hotel for the second time now. The service is excellent—special thanks to Katerina, who always found us the best tables at dinner and was consistently cheerful and very helpful; it was truly appreciated. And Faith, who cleaned our room to perfection and would secretly leave out sweets—such a lovely person. These two made our holiday a wonderful, well-cared-for experience. The food, the rooms, the pool—everything was amazing. We will definitely be back next year; we feel right at home here. Thank you for another lovely holiday. This is not one of Iberostar's better resorts. The suites are very good as is the room service. The place is very clean and well furnished throughout. We were in an "all inclusive" package. There was a "Japanese " restaurant which we were allowed a "discount" being all exclusive 🤔. There was the issue of having to pay for a lunch at the "pool bar" and at level 3 the sun lounge area for the "superior guests". I have to ask, why do guests have to pay for these when "all inclusive". This is all the more questionable as, you could get drink without any extra cost. The food was good, but very repetitive. The food was obviously made earlier in large quantities and, by the time guests arrived at the dining room the food was tepid and heavy. Food cooked as you waited was better. Overall the staff were very good.

A wonderful first experience for us at this hotel! We stayed in Star Prestige and on an AI basis. Rooms stunning, food and drinks were fabulous. Best buffet I’ve ever had, choice and quality outstanding. Views were stunning and it was pure relaxation and calm. Staff were all exceptional, always happy to help and always smiling! All areas were clean and modern and we loved the hot tub on our balcony. A 10/10 holiday!

This is the third Iberostar hotel that we have stayed in and to us it is the best one so far. Great location with stunning views across the bay. Service and staff amazing, always helpful and food was amazing, we were a bit worried on the food when we booked, as other hotels offer different dining experiences / restaurants apart from the main buffet restaurant but there was no need to worry as the selection and quality of the food was amazing. We did book and pay extra for the Teppanyaki Japanese restaurant which was well worth experiencing. Special mention to Carmen in Star Prestige and Dominika who was absolutely brilliant and looked after us in the swim up pool, plus Emma and Ian on the Entertainment Staff especially the cocktail making, they were always very helpful and friendly. We will be going back.

We love this hotel. We have been before. And will go back again for sure. Very relaxing. Friendly, attentive staff. Beautiful views.
