Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Great location. Clean rooms and great food selection. Would recommend especially for young families.

I’m genuinely surprised by the positive reviews. Almost every part of this hotel fell below expectations, and many other guests told us they’d had similar experiences. 1. Broken air conditioning – We reported our faulty air con twice. With a 7-month-old baby, a room reaching 28°C wasn’t safe. It took two days for an engineer to arrive, who simply removed filthy clogged filters and fixed it. 2. Poor-quality food – The biggest let-down. Lunch was mostly frozen nuggets, pizza and chips, with wilted salad. Dinner felt like a cattle market, with bland food and over-salted potatoes and some dishes running out. The “all-inclusive” is misleading—you only get one visit to an alternative restaurant otherwise you’re stuck in the buffet. You can pay at the Asian and American restaurants but having a nut allergy and not wanting to pay for more junk food this was not an option for us. 3. Unhelpful reception – Staff, particularly at reception, showed little empathy. We were met with shrugs and eye rolls when raising concerns about our baby’s safety. We were also given a first-floor room with no lift, which made leaving each time with a pram super difficult and we were told to “take it up with TUI” or pay to upgrade. 4. Poor housekeeping – A baby cot was left outside the room upon our arrival leaving it open to insects and the elements, but fortunately we brought our own. Rooms were barely cleaned. Sheets weren’t changed despite obvious marks, the shower had black mould, and the floors weren’t properly cleaned. We tried to make it clear the sheets needed changing and they then left us without any bedding so we had to call reception to ask for bedding. The bed was like sleeping on an ironing board. 5. Lack of maintenance – Rubbish and empty glasses were left around the pool from the previous day. A questionable red mark, which looked suspiciously like blood, remained on communal walls all week, broken floor tiles were left unrepaired in the buffet restaurant, and the baby pool failed a safety test but wasn’t closed off, leaving other guests to warn families not to use it. 6. No basic room facilities - No kettle or tea/coffee provided in the room which you’d expect at even a 3 star hotel. Had to ask for a kettle so we could prepare our baby’s food. Overall we were really disappointed with our experience, the hotel needs to do better in all departments. We’ve stayed at 3 star resorts that offered much more cleanliness and customer experience.

Excellent resort, with excellent cousine food and entertainment for everybody!

Our room at the hotel was very basic, facilities were good, staff were fantastic, food was decent as there was plenty to choose from. We paid £1257.00 which I thought was expensive for a week all inclusive
