Riu Festival

We are holidaying here at the moment & are finding the hotel lovely. The rooms are a. nice size with good storage for clothes, beds are very comfortable & the shower is amazing. The food is what you expect but there is plenty of choice & very tasty. At breakfast you get a thermal jug of coffee at your table which beats queuing at a machine which unfortunately you still have to do if you’re a tea drinker. The pool is not overly big but adequate & there are plenty of sunbeds, I think most go to the beach which is a 10min walk away. The prices at the bar are acceptable & not overly expensive. The staff are friendly, polite & helpful & are a credit to the hotel, which is very clean, there is always someone cleaning something. The main negative is that there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, quite unusual in this day & age, it’s nice to have a cuppa on the balcony which in our case over looks the road but we are on the top floor so the noice of which there is little, doesn’t bother us. The hotel is very accommodating, I emailed them appropriately a week before we travelled asked for a high floor with our rooms next to each which they did, excellent. All in all, a lovely stay & would recommend.

A lovely hotel, rooms comfortable and spotless, buffet very nice with a great choice of dishes, hotel staff all very helpful and friendly. Drink prices very reasonable NB The hotel is situated in a resort area which is geared towards guests from Germany with Palma city 20 mins away in a cab

Lovely clean hotel, the staff are really friendly apart from from 1 member of staff, I would definatly go again my only gripe is you have no tea or coffee making facilities in the room as I like a coffee in the morning before I get up. The cocktails came with a side of peanuts which was nice .

Set a little back so it is very quiet. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Close to bus to Palma. Although English visitors should note this is the German side of Palma. But that doesn't take anything away from this excellent hotel

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, it doesn’t tell you though that is mainly geared towards Germans. Food great, room great. Apart from the air conditioning doesn’t come on until May?????Great location. Food nice but more or less the same everyday.
